Perfect in everyway

For a newly engaged couple, this is amazing. We can save money and start off feeling like we are living an upscale lifestyle. We live this place!!

Amazing!

Upscale and beautiful. You are right in the middle of everything. Walk to all. Plus is the definitely the schools! Don’t forget the amenities!!! LOVE this place

New Resident

I have recently moved in over the weekend and have had a pleasant experience. I have searched almost all the buildings in white plains and surrounding towns. We were given 1 spot free and 2 months of free rent. Other buildings wanted to charge us almost $200/spot. Some small issues to touch up when you move in but that is with any new building. We are very happy now! Highly recommend.

OVERPRICED

High rents for what you get everything is EXTRA rooms are small, can you say rip off?

Our building features Some of the best amenities and offerings in new building in the region. We have a gym, multi media rooms, entertainment rooms and parking. Our units have great appliances with a five burner gas stove, ice and water on the refrigerator door and Bosch washer and dryer in each unit! We even have a mobile app for personal control of your unit temperatures! It’s lifestyle living. We are comparable in cost to similar new buildings in lower Westchester.
