NO INSULATION AT ALL. DO NOT RENT OR BUY.
Looks luxury but built very poorly. NO INSULATION AT ALL. I live in the the apt and can hear upstairs walking around , flushing toilet and even taking showers. I can hear next door neighbor snoring at night. Before renting or buying, please ask around as this building has NO insulation.
