I love living here. It feels like home. The leasing staff and fellow residents are friendly. I look forward to many more years here.
Overall a decent community. The manager and assistant manager are nice people. The leasing agents not so much. I won’t use names but there is one in particular who seems to not like helping people. They need a different type of job. I do not even call there anymore because I don’t want anymore contact with that person. It’s too easy to friendly rather than rude.

Moving into Gladwen at Wendell Falls has been such a wonderful experience! From the very first day, I’ve felt welcomed and at home. The leasing team made the entire process smooth and stress free. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me settle in comfortably. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained. My apartment is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designe. Everything is brand new and high quality. I especially love how peaceful the area is, yet it’s still close to everything I need. The amenities are nice. Overall, living here has brought me so much peace and happiness. I’m grateful to call Gladwen at Wendell Falls my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming community to live in.

We moved in a couple of weeks ago and we love it. The Apt is great with all the new updated appliances. The location is awesome. The valet pick up is great . Honestly cannot say anything but good things about Gladwyn. So glad we made the move. We are senior citizens and everything is very easily accessible for any seniors looking for a new home. You get 10 stars easily.

The only thing nice about this place is it's location and that it is new. This complex was built with the cheapest possible material in the cheapest amount of time and they are already having large scale issues with community events, community amenities, individual apartment amenities, and apartment appliances.

The community has been great so far for a completely new build. The staff and maintenance team have been professional and have always responded in a timely manner. The LOFT app and email updates etc from the staff have been very useful also.

Gladwen Wendell Falls is a beautiful community … the location is very much like living in the country but with shopping, restaurants and even emergency medical care just a stone’s throw away. The apartments and amenities are fantastic and Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests and always follows up to be sure that your issues are resolved. It’s a great place to call home!
