Peaceful and beautiful place to call home. Love balcony views, property upkeep, neighbors including their pets. Thanks for organizing community events too.

I've been here about two weeks. So far, my experience has been positive and continues to be positive. The property management staff has been responsive answering my questions, sharing a utility cart to move my stuff in, and just being helpful. I love the light in my apartment and how quiet it is here. I get cranky when there's lots of noise "pollution" from streets and traffic. I don't find that here at all. Yay! People here are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. I've spent time down by the pool and met a number of people there; long-time residents, as well as people who have been here less than a year, and again, I' m reassured that I made the right decision coming to Glacier Valley.

The team of Katrina, Nikole, and Manuel make Glacier Valley the best place to call home. On site management cares about their residents and it shows.

Staff has been very helpful and so nice! I love our new space, and the layout of the loft is amazing! Such a cute neighborhood and love having a pool!

I have lived at Glacier Valley since May 2024. Everything has gone smoothly since move in - management, maintenance, etc. I would definitely recommend Glacier Valley to anyone looking for their next home.

The area is super quiet and the building is well maintained! The communication is great and the move in process was very smooth. Would recommend.

Overall I love it here. I really like the layout of my individual unit with the loft. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to concerns. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. I really wish we had a small fitness center as an alternative place for me to workout when my work hours are weird or weather is bad, but there really isn't anywhere to put one, so I don't I'll see that day. Usually neighbors are quiet and respectful. I will note that there has been more crime creeping into the neighborhood including gun violence. While the apartment hasn't caused any of that, it is still a fact to consider when living in this neighborhood.

Renewed my lease for 4th year as this is a great community and apartment complex. Love balcony views from my apartment and walking trails and parks in close distance. Pets welcome and really clean, well kept grounds and well behaved pets.

Glacier Valley Apartments is like living at a resort! The grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is so quaint and cute. I love having a balcony and overlooking the pool- it’s a beautiful view anytime but especially when it’s lit up at night- plus it’s heated! The entire building is so quiet- I’ve never once heard my neighbors or any noise from above or below me. Maintenance is done very fast. Management is very nice! Everyone I’ve met here is very friendly in general. Highly recommend!!!

Nichole was absolutely fantastic. Moving in was such a smooth transition. Staff was just awesome!!!! Grounds of the apartment is very clean and nice, really do appreciate coming home to a great community. Thank You.

Neighbors are all very respectful of each other and property. Im probably one of few living here without pets but grounds are spotless and think in 3 yrs living hear have only heard a dog bark once. Kat and team keep us all feeling community with events offered and updated on property improvements. Regular cleaning of common areas including carpet shampoos. Great place to call home so just renewed my lease again :)

The community is very well kept, and the staff makes it a priority to make this a clean, safe, and inviting place to live. With cost of living increasing everywhere, you get a lot of amenities here that are much more expensive elsewhere.

Exceptional staff, dog friendly environment. My friends are always jealous of all the events thrown for residents, grab ‘n go breakfast, taco truck, and drinks and appetizers. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

I’ve lived at Glacier Valley for 1 week this far and I love it!!!everyone is so nice! I get plenty of dogs to pet without having to own one! Management is awesome! Manuel is awesome!!! I literally feel live I’m at a resort! I’ve been in the pool everyday since I’ve been here!!!! I love my new home!

I love the area and the apts! The grounds are maintained well, very secure buildings convenient underbuilding parking, good sized apartments. The pool is very nice! The property manager is friendly and helpful. Neighbors are kind and mostly quiet. Only downside is that there's no fitness center

Friendly, beautiful, and amazing place to call home. Animal friendly with great little hidden paths to explore. Highly recommend if looking for a place near the east side of Madison.

One of the best places to live in Madison, I good price for all the amenities you get, a very safe neighborhood to live I , also everyone here is on top of everything ( getting work orders done, any questions answered the same day)

I moved here about two weeks ago and it has been amazing so far! Nikole, Katrina, and Manuel are always there to make sure your move-in experience is easy and smooth. All of the neighbors I met are friendly and I also love seeing all the dogs whenever I go outside!

Grounds are kept really clean even with all fur babies welcome. Neighbors are friendly and courteous and speak in elevators. Kat is best apt manager for making you feel welcome and service requests handled efficiently and professionally. Have now lived here 3 yrs and hope for at least another 3. Great walking neighborhood and park areas. Wildlife along stream from balcony view is awesome year around. Garage parking a blessing during winter months.

So far I love living here. The area is so quiet and peaceful. And everyone is so responsive and helpful. Feels just like home, and I'm so glad I chose to move here.

I love to call Glacier Valley home! The pool is such a treat to have and is kept very clean! I do believe having a heated garage is my most favorite, during the coldest months of the year!

Best apartments I've lived in so far! Awesome management and friendly community. Always kept clean and well taken care of. Never have any issues.

I've never felt more wined and dined by a rental agency. They gave me a dang pizza cutter in my gift bag. Also they gave me a gift bag. Best move-in experience ever.

This is such an amazing community and a fun place to live. We moved away for 1 year and regretted it and now we just moved back here and we couldn't be happier :)

It’s easy to relax on my porch with the view of the woods. The area is peaceful and not too noisy. I haven’t had any issues. Love it here :)

Very friendly, welcoming staff. They even left some treats to enjoy while moving in! I was very appreciative to also get another quick tour, and suggestions on the best place to load in during the move.

From filling out the application to being approved and moving in the process has been incredibly easy. The office staff have been amazing with all my questions and concerns.

Management is excellent, apartment is very clean and homey. I feel very safe and welcome. Apartments are super spacious and affordable. I love living here.

New carpetting in hallways and stairways this year. Kat and Manny are great and alway make you feel right at home if asking about repair, seeing around property, etc. Great upkeep on property and even yearly garage cleaning. Dog friendly but extremely clean grounds. Awesome place to call home.

This is the first time living in an apartment in 21 years, but the place quickly became home. The staff here is exceptional and very welcoming. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

I moved here from out of state. I rented sight unseen. I could not have been happier. The Property Manager made my move so easy and was there to help me throughout the entire process.

Great location to downtown Madison, Sun Prairie and the interstate/highways. Love the little village feeling the complex has, including a great pool and access to the Club House for hosting larger gatherings. I've lived in a 2bd/2ba and a 1bd/1ba here and have liked both floor plans including the nicer interior amenities. LOVE having the Door Creek Park just outside my patio door for the ultimate in serene, quiet, country-like feeling. Good residents who are friendly yet maintain quiet living. I've been happy for the 14 months I've lived here, having just renewed for another year. Great Property Mgr and Leasing Agent who maintain good communication with residents, including being available, positive and always willing to listen. And a fantastic maintenance guy who gets requests done within 24hrs or will email immediately his time frame and sticks to it! Online rent payment that is SO EASY and convenient!! I've been so happy here that I've been reluctant to buy another house and leave all of the conveniece that's provided.

The combination of location, amenities, and friendly support from staff is impossible to duplicate. If you have a pet, this is the ideal place. There is a friendly community of pet owners, yet for a non pet owner like myself, I never have to deal with the problems that some pet friendly complexes can present. The pool is beautiful, and is a great place to spend a summer afternoon. Really no complaints!

We have been at Glacier Valley for 3 years, and the two units we have lived in have been wonderful. Perfect location for Madison commuters and close to virtually anything that you would need. They are extremely pet friendly and allow dogs of all sizes! Anything that has gone wrong was fixed promptly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and convenient place to live.

We have really enjoyed living at Glacier Valley. The grounds are very well kept--everything is clean. Residents have always been friendly. Managers and staff have always been helpful and available. The apartment has worked well for our needs and was easily within our price range. Although it is on the outskirts of Madison, it is well worth the quiet atmosphere and surrounding neighborhood. There is a nice park nearby as well.

Quiet and tranquil spot on the East Side of Madison, yet not too far from all the great activities in downtown. Excellent value and well maintained buildings.
