Our apartment is nice I find it cozy. It's pretty spacious with an unconventional decor planning not commonly used in most complexes. The black appliances with the lighter marble was an interesting touch as well. The community itself is very welcoming and pleasant overall. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and approachable ensuring effortless communication when needed. I recommend it for those looking for a comfortable, supportive, and manageable environment. It's not too large or uneventful so there's plenty to get into with different events and lots of get together's encouraging unification.

Overall love my unit, not too fond of the office staff. Their lack of professionalism and sense of urgency is terrible. Any time there is an issue no one knows anything because they’re new and that is the response being given every time. At what point of time is anyone going to take their job seriously.

Very family oriented and clean. The amenities are a plus, I like that they have a clean outdoor space for kids. The puppy area is also a plus.

Since I moved into Giddy Hall last year it has been a wonderful beautiful experience. Management actually listens and cares. Mckenzie is such a doll. She makes you feel like you matter at her property. They keep all kind of fun activities going and makes sure you feel included. Maintenance well lets just say it's almost like having Chick-fil-A services. I have and would recommend GH to anyone who's looking for a modern upscale place to live.

This is a great little community situated near the Premium Outlets/I-485 area. The community staff are really responsive and helped out during the leasing/move-in phase. The community is well maintained and clean. At times noise has been an issue, being in closer proximity to the pool, but it doesn't detract too much from the overall experience. Generally it is a great place to live!

Toured a 2 bedroom with Katie today. The community was beautiful and she answered all of our questions. Mackenzie was very friendly as well. We will definitely be checking back in once they have availability for the winter.

Ever since I’ve moved to Giddy Hall my experience has been great. From the moment I came to tour I knew this was going to be my home. The management is very friendly and always willing to help.
