Property Ratings at Getwell Pointe Apartments
I've been living at Getwell Pointe Apartments for a few months now, and honestly, it's been a great experience. The rent is super affordable compared to other places I looked at in Memphis. My apartment was clean when I moved in, and everything was working like it should. I love having my own washer and dryer, and the kitchen has all the basics—microwave, dishwasher, and decent cabinet space. It's a quiet community for the most part, and I feel safe living here. The gate adds a little peace of mind. Management has been helpful when I’ve had questions, and maintenance takes care of things pretty fast when I put in a request. I’m close to grocery stores and restaurants, and it’s not a far drive to work. The area isn’t fancy, but for the price and what you get, I think it’s a good deal. I’d definitely recommend it to someone looking for a solid, budget-friendly place to live in Memphis.
