Property Ratings at Gerhart Lofts
Terrible management, Parking is a nightmare, electric bill outrageous, and maintenance is the worst. Those are just a few reason not live here. Maintenance request take weeks to be completed. Back entrance is constantly disgusting with grease all over the ground. Private parking lot is a nightmare to pull in and out of. Two bedrooms are like putting perfume on dog crap. Glad we left before the summer started.
