The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Garfield Tower Apartments
Management and staff were great, the building felt safe, and the overall cleanliness was consistently good. Unfortunately, by the third month I realized I had made a mistake and planned to move as soon as my lease was up. The street and park noise, having my car hit and later my car window broken inside the garage I was paying for, along with a neighbor frequently slamming cabinets, made the experience stressful. A costly misunderstanding about moving out added to the frustration. While many reviews are positive, there are definitely negative aspects to consider as well, which is why I’m giving 2 stars.
