The apartment is in a great location by excellent food in the arts District and little Tokyo. The apartment is clean and well maintained, easily the highlight of staying here is quick and reliable maintenance service by Manny and his team. Inputting work order requests is easy and can be done online or via your phone via the Resident Experience app, and Manny typically shows up within the hour and is capable of handling almost all maintenance requests. And if he isn’t able to handle complex issues himself, he knows who to call for expeditious service. Really appreciate having quick and reliable maintenance available, relieves so much stress as a tenant.
Every time I see Manny coming to help me, I know the issue would get fixed. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.

I had an issue with one of my electrical outlets, which I thought was a serious hazard. Manny came by very promptly and tested all my outlets and was very good at explaining everything to me. He also has an electrical background, which made me very confident about his analysis. It turned out the outlet was fine but an extension cord I bought was no good. Manny advised me on some ways I could better prevent electrical issues in the future. The whole process was less than 5 minutes. Truly excellent service, every time.

I've loved living here for the past 3 years and so so sad to leave. But I highly recommend if you're in LA, this is the best building I've lived at. Maintenance and staff are all so friendly and responsive. Will definitely miss LA and this building as well.
