The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Galloway Creek
I lived there 3 months. There were 3 managers. The first documented paint scratches present prior to my arrival, the second one confirmed a month later, but the third one decided I did it and kept my deposit. In addition to this fiasco, the apartment had horribly uncomfortable stained furniture, rags for linen, utilities that were frequently turned off for repair, sketchy internet service at the best, trash scattered over the parking lot, and vultures that stalked the building. Drive by and tell me I'm wrong! Never would stay here again!
Seems nice, new building, decent area, but it's not worth what you pay for. Internet is slow and management is horrible, I recommend not living here unless you like noisy neighbors and no parking
It's located next to an active trail, across a busy street, a bustling pub next door, and an active Quarry. So, imagine how lively it is. The building is new, but walls are thin. So its easy to communicate with your neighbors, a cool feature not expected in a high rent apartment. Hope to enjoy your neighbors music taste, for some reason quarry workers enjoy letting their neighbors know they home. Security patrols the apartment complex next door, but your complex will have an intermittent functioning security gate. So if you have a roommate, love over-priced apartment's, with thin walls, then this is for you. Also, they will give you discounts on your apartment rent if you leave good reviews. Can you tell I lived there. I recommend stay away from this apartment complex.
