The Clearfork neighborhood represents a large retail development along the Clear Fork of the Trinity River. These shops sit in between the Chisholm Trail Parkway and Hulen Street in the heart of Fort Worth. Trinity Commons, another shopping center, sits on the east side of the river. Residents enjoy living near Colonial Golf Course that hosts some of the best golfers in the country on occasion. Residents also have easy access to everything Downtown Fort Worth has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Clearfork sits about six miles southwest of downtown, and is known for its great schools, both public and private.

Property Ratings at Gallery 1701
I moved into the Gallery with my parents in March (my dad moved in August). Although, cramped in many ways (for 3 adults living in a 1 master bedroom, a smaller bedroom and 2 bath) there is enough room to create a comfortable living space. Great amenities and appliances, very clean, and all the neighbors are incredibly friendly. SUPER pet friendly. Dog walking areas surround the apartment and the Trinity trail is merely yards from the front desk. Nice gym and pool. Never over populated with annoying people. The complex has families, older couples, newly married couples and even students or recent graduates living here. Gated garage parking is also available. Maintenance is super friendly as well. Great location, not to mention. Fresh Market is right across the street and you are right in between downtown and TCU. It doesn't hurt that the Zoo and the Gardens are also within a few minutes away! You will be getting your monies worth! PET PEEVES: Elevator can suck at times. The dog park right out front can smell bad on a hot day. The most noise will probably come from cars passing through raving their engines or The Woodshed's live performances (which aren't too bad). Front Desk workers aren't incredibly social and aren't consistent with putting snacks and water out for the residents. All in all, I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
Love my apartment overlooking theTrinity Trails. Shopping, restaurants, cultural area close by. Friendly and helpful office and maintenance staff.
