It has been a great Move-in experience and first 3 weeks of stay. Everything has been smooth and front office was helpful. in first 3 weeks, everything is as promised. The only suggestion would be more clarity of some of key components around lease terms.

Great community, very clean and a family centered area. Pools are maintained daily as well as the property. Nice apartments with good layouts in central Tempe. Great location. Pet friendly with a dog park and many grassy areas. Safe for children and pets.

Galleria Palms is by far the best apartment complex in the area. Toured so many others that we found online, but drove past this one after the others disappointed and applied the same day we toured. The buildings are a little old but they're well updated and modern, and the community is super chill and safe.

I have been living in this apartment community for 6 months and overall, my experience has been positive. The management team is responsive and approachable, always willing to address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The amenities provided, such as gym, pool, or common areas, are well-maintained and a great addition to the community. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining options. However, one area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the outdoor greenery spaces, as pet owners do not always clean up after their pets. It would be helpful if there were additional measures in place to ensure these areas remain tidy. Horrible community to live in. We wish we never moved in. Rent is crazy high so they can play in your face 24/7. Everything is broken and dirty. Maintenance will make you feel unsafe. Electronic locks so you can never actually have a way to keep staff out. Which adds to the fear of someone walking in whenever they feel like it. Our storage key is still nowhere to be found since staff doesn’t know the correct key for it. But they steady put out messages about fines. Sick community.

AC has leaked the for at least 9/10 days I’ve been in this apartment . 5 maintenance requests I frankly do not think anyone cares about it actually getting resolved, must be a sign of other units having bigger issues than a leaking AC.

Dirty on move in, incompetent with maintenance and rundown. AC leak took 5 service requests and 2 HVAC company callouts to fix. Gallons of water and the most in power I’ve ever had to spend. Now there is a huge hole in my ceiling that they have half fixed and just left there for no reason given to me. My apartment smells horrible and there is insulation all over my floor. Absolutely 100% without a doubt the wish every day living here I never moved in.

I would not recommend living at Galleria Palms. My experience has been extremely frustrating due to numerous issues. Maintenance requests are handled in an unacceptably slow manner. For nearly a month, my apartment has been without hot water, and the air conditioning units are broken and remain unfixed despite multiple requests. Additionally, the management team has been both condescending and unhelpful, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. If you value timely maintenance and respectful management, you might want to look elsewhere.

I’ve lived in Galleria Palms throughout most of my childhood. Moved out when I was 18, lived in other states and countries. Upon moving back to Arizona, one of my main goals was to return to Galleria Palms. Nowhere did I feel at home or as satisfied as I do in Galleria Palms.

Overall, Galleria Palms is a very well maintained place to live. There’s lots of beautiful grass that’s wonderful for dogs, and we are literally less than 10 min from everything we need! (Including IKEA!)

I would not recommend anyone to move here. The maintenance team is poor, and office staff does not seem to care about customer grievances. I have had a maintenance issues at least once a month since moving in, and each time i’ve placed a maintenance request, I have had to physically go to the office to remind them (multiple times) that I put in a request weeks ago. Nothing is ever taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff does not call back when residents leave messages, and they always act as though they have more important things to do than take care of the people that live here. The office closes randomly with no notice, and when they do let us know that the office will be closed, it is typically within 30 minutes of them closing (ex. emailing us at 1:15 to say that the office will be closed at 1:30 for the day). We also have random water shut offs in buildings with little to no notice as well. Horrible experience

This is, by far, the worst apartment I've ever lived at. It wouldn't be without the workers that work here. I've never dealt with such disrespectful, incompetent, unorganized and slow workers. Their hot tubs have never worked, and one has been cold since I moved in half a year ago. They failed to fix the jets the first time after taking a week and shut it down again. It's been shut down for a month now. After calling and going into the office over and over, I still don't know when it'll be open because they haven't even received the part yet and are apparently too incompetent to know when they'll receive it to fix. Yes, these maintenance workers drained the hot tub over a month before receiving the part. The older leasing women in the front is disrespectful as hell, they tell me different things and the maintenance guys close my service request without contacting me in any way. I'm just confused how I've found out how poorly these guys are at their job simply from trying to figure out when a hot tub will open. They also just never do things like replace dog bags at dog park or mow the it after weeks of asking them and never cleaning all the trash that lines the streets and sidewalks. They can't maintain a functional services from the pool and hot tubs to dog park but the worst part is they can't even answer simple questions and then disrespect you.

Galleria palms is a great place to live. I enjoy the indoor basketball court, gym, pool, dog park as well as being able to get to any part of town within 20 minutes or less. The combination of great location and privacy is a luxury experienced here but that can also attract wandering strangers. I think this place is still great, I really like living here but even with that, I think the community can be more connected.

Loved here for 2 months and have had a flood from the water heater, roaches in the apartment, instant dead batteries to smoke alarm and unfinished upgrades to apartment before moving in.

Horrible place to live at. That management here suck. There are roaches everywhere and all the stuff in the apartment breaks every week.

The leasing staff was so pleasant to work with. They really helped us find the perfect place at the best rate. The community itself has been great and we feel very at home. The pools are great but as for the gym and basketball court they could definitely be improved, but all and all there’s a lot to do here. We have been enjoying living here so far!

Galleria Palms renovations were done well! Everything in the unit is clean and looks great. The floor layouts are well designed and use the available space quite well. The basketball court is AMAZING.

I know that many people struggle to find positive reviews when searching for apartments like I did. Galleria Palms isn't above the problem. However, I can say that my time her has been without fault. The community is clean, quiet while still being friendly, and a great place to live. I had a great move in experience, notifications if anything is ever off, and a fantastic maintenance team.

My husband & I have truly enjoyed living at Galleria Palms. We do not think there are better apartments around. Friendly staff, a nice updated apartment & a beautiful property! We actually moved alway for about eight months (out of state for my husbands job) when we moved back to the area we had to live at the Galleria again. Also the location is awesome We are so close to the Tempe Mall & many delicious restaurants

Ive been here almost two years now. It is quiet and well maintained. The front office staff have always been very professional, friendly, and helpful to me. The apt has had zero issues since I’ve been here. The amenities are clean and well maintained. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home.
