Property Ratings at Gables Town Place
Everything is good , clean and well maintained. Only the driveway needs to be fixed , there are too many pot holes and bumps which will eventually ruin your tires . Especially at night it’s dangerous and the driveway needs to be repaired as soon as possible
Staying at this condominium has been a truly fantastic experience. It is not only well-organized but also exudes a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The environment is impeccably maintained, providing a sense of tranquility and comfort. What stands out the most is the incredible politeness and friendliness of everyone here. The staff are exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their professionalism and warmth greatly enhance the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed living space.

I have been a resident for 8 months now and honestly can say I love coming home! From driving into the complex with the palm tree views is such an uplifting vibe! The staff is so polite and helpful. The amenities are a plus and make work/life balance achievable!

I have been a resident of The Gables Town Place for many years and love calling it "home".. The property and grounds are always kept clean and manicured well. The maintenance staff is well versed in keeping everything in working order and the office staff is very caring to its tenants concerns and needs.. The amenties are plentiful... two pools, exercise room, game room, indoor basketball/racquetball court, and even outdoor ping pong!! The feel at ease everyday from a strssful day once I come "home" to the Gables
I absolutely love living here so far what threw me off is the amount of noise from different dogs barking all times of night. Even on my days off I can hear them barking I’m assuming I’m the only one without a pet lol .
Management Has improved their attention. They implemented a new parking policy which it will help with the parking situation. They are taking care of the landscaping and surrounding
I have enjoyed living at gables town place. The staff is helpful, the location is nice and convenient. The price reflects having a Boca Raton zip code which is the only downfall, along with the units being out dated. After 1 year my rent went up by $100
As of last month I've been here for 10 years and expect to be here for many more. While the office staff seems to change all too often, everyone there has always been courteous, informative and helpful. All of them! However, I must compliment as well the incredible landscaping & maintenance personnel. They are always exceptional in every regard!
I love living here as this is a great community and Gables takes care of the way people live. The maintenance team and the associates at leasing office are amazing.
Management's approach is great for its interest and relevance. But we have problems with the house, I ask them to be solved in a short time.

The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The community is beautiful very well kept with fantastic amenities for residents. The units are older but clearly well maintained and updated. This is the perfect oasis of a community outside of the hustle and bustle of Downtown Boca.
My experience is great! I love playing tennis with my friends and my son. I love swimming in the pool and making new friends. The office service is excellent. The garden and the lake landscape are too beautiful. I am happy and thankful to God for living in Gable Town Place.

I recently just moved into Gables Town Place. The leasing agents were very helpful and made moving in an easy transition for me. I had put in a maintenance request for a few small things and they responded and took care of my requests right away.
Giselle in the leasing office is very nice. Apartment was clean when we moved in. Minor issues moving in, but nothing major. Looking forward to our next year here.
I have been a resident of The Gables Town Place for coming up on nine years and have always loved calling it "home". The office staff has always been caring and professional. The maintenance staff is always professional and have always done an incredible job keeping our property in perfect shape. I ruly love living at The Gables.
Quiet location and surrounded by good restaurants, shopping, pretty views, and great schools. I have had a good experience living here, it is not the most updated apartment complex but has everything you need.
Our experience has been good. Noise level is mainly low. Condominium: The place is clean and staff is friendly. Neighbors: No issues. Favorite part: Water pressure is amazing and noise level. Dislike: Kitchen cabinets are not deep, also they are starting to peel. And the trees in the parking keeps staining my car with yellow spots. Gave a 4 just because of my dislikes but, in general satisfied with the place.
Only downside to the one bedroom is the lack of washer and dryer in unit. Otherwise the space is comfortable, we could use less of the trees that cause stains on cars but that is nothing that can’t be fixed with a car wash. Great location.

It has been since September 2021 that I live in Gables .. and my experience here has been way more than amazing and I would never change Gables for a different community Management staff is absolutely professional and caring Beautiful amnesties ,, property is gorgeous and clean quiet and safe I would highly recommended to everyone who is looking to rent or move in Boca as the best place to live as an apartment community
Ever since I moved in during February, I’ve experienced nothing but good vibes and a clean community. I like how the trash is taken out multiple times a week, it makes it easier for me and other residents to throw away trash. I also enjoy the clean community. The lawn service does a good job keeping things clean and neat.
Good experience overall, clean community and a lovely place all around. Only complaint would be some noise level and parking at certain times.
Great place to live, super calm, the staff is very friendly, the amenities are awesome, the pool omg I love it, and the most important thing is very safe.

Not bad. A lot of annoying barking dogs. Young party people making noise after hours. Parking,always an issue.assigned parking would be nice. Speeding,loud cars driven though the parking lot.
It’s a great place to live. The community has good amenities! It’s a quite Place and close to schools and college’s as well. My kids love the opportunity to choose between two pools.

Management should be able to implement and improve their parking policy in order to create a balance within the residents in the community. There are several cars that have been parked for several months, and the people do not even live here... There are others instances that one apartment has several cars... Like more than 5. There is no balance nor there is a fairness in the policy for parking

Great community! I would recommend this complex to anyone who needs a more calm environment but enjoys being close to great restaurants, shopping, beach, and parks.
Very nice community, very clean, the staff is very friendly. The maintenance teams acts fast. My only concern is that when I moved in they clearly didn’t walk through the apartment and as I moved in I finding problems in the apartment.
