Parking not great and dog poop all over but otherwise a nice place to live. The surrounding area has everything and the apartments are very nice. Pool nice and in general a good place.
Great location , great amenities, great maintenance and office staff . Maintenance always ASAP when called for an after hour emergency . Been living here since 2002 love it here . Renewal lease rates extremely high every year only downfall .
Gables Palma vista is a lovely community. The location is central to all your needs, shops restaurants . The staff is professional, knowledgeable.
I have only been living here for a few months. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is great as well. My only complaint is we had a work order upon move in and it has not been taken care of yet. Other than that I hope to live here for the next few years.

Great community and location! Excellent customer service and great place to live. When searching for a new place to live. We had visited several communities in the Boca Raton area. Gable Palma Vista was very welcoming.

I lover everything about this place I just had some move in hiccups and still don’t understand how to work the gate code thingy. Otherwise the amenities are all so clean and well kept and it’s pretty peaceful here
Unfortunately, the Management admin team is tough to work with. I have beening waiting for my move-in date for over a two weeks now, and I keep getting contradicting information from the office. It is very frustrating, especially when you need to to manage the movers, work, and kids at the same time.
Here a long time and for the most other than the horrible guest parking situation and dog poop not picked up all over I have been happy. The maintenance is always friendly and easy to pay my rent with the app
Response time for issues is very good. The staff are very helpful and available. Would appreciate the other neighbors putting garbage cans away as we are requested to do.

Gables is a fantastic community! The homes are spacious and the neighbors are all kind. The staff is super helpful and sweet. The community as a whole is amazing ! The pool over lakes a pond which is gorgeous and all you need is very close the the community!

Apartment is fine although we have been waiting for some repairs for over 5 months. No way to contact leasing office other than in person. Amenities are lacking!

Love the area and the Amenities , beautiful pool but extremely overpriced. My rent went up over $900 in 2 yrs .. cooperate answer to why so was if you don't like it you can move . They should be ashamed of themselves. The leasing office staff are great and felt very bad that they were unable to get a reduction in my lease renewal .

My experience here at Gables Palma Vista is definitely a fond one. Me and my 3 children and dog are enjoying the many amenities such as the pool, the gym, the basketball court, the playground, the picnic areas, and the water views and wildlife make for beautiful, scenic strolls and jogs. And we’re still close to so many nearby conveniences. The staff has been friendly and helpful. As a single working mother I am very pleased with the community and feeling blessed that the management and ownership do care about their tenants, and property.
Been here for 2 years now and we love it. Very safe and family friendly. Community is very clean and well kept if we have an issue with the unit Maintenance comes out immediately.
Outstanding move in experience. The constant care and support from Jasmine was one of a kind. The unit was clean and move in ready. I would not consider any other place to live.

Gables has always been a great place to live but as of late the curb appeal has dwindled. The buildings need to be painted and maybe pressure clean streets. I realize pandemic has impacted many.
I love living at Gables Palma Vista. I am happy with every aspect from the pool, fitness room, neighbors, maintenance and most especially front office staff.

Nice place to live....
I have lived in a private home for many years and never thought I could be as happy as I am living in a rental community. The staff is very cooperative. The community is very quiet I forget that Im living in a rental community.

Staff cares about fixing issues you have in your apartment.
I come to complain about several things again: - Last Friday I was using the pool area and found that the toilets were closed at around 6pm. I went to the office and demanded that it be opened, because it is absurd not to have a bathroom to use in midsummer after 6pm! Prefer what we do in the pool ??? - Several days the gates arent working! What are you waiting for? Happen the worst? I ask: I have a 13 year old son who is always playing inside the condo. What is the procedural responsibility of the condominium, in case someone invades the property and does some harm to any child? - Of course you know that two weeks ago a car broke into the condominium, fled the police, and had an approach! Can you imagine If hit a child? "Our rent is too expensive for us to have these serious types of problems. - I hope I do not have to openly complain on social networks. Thiago Lopes Apt 304
