Property Ratings at Gables Oak Creek
Make sure you ask to see the actual apartment they are offering you! The apartments look nothing like the model. That refuse to replace carpet. They continue to “stretch” and shampoo it. It’s the most embarrassing thing ever, to have worn abs unfit carpet. They charge an arm and a leg to “glaze” the tub when all they do is paint it. The jacuzzi seems as if it never serviced. The gym is nice but is never cleaned. There’s no sanitizer spray or paper towels in the gym ever. They leave the gates open and hardley ever wash the halls.
Love how peaceful and calming it is. Do not have to worry about anything. Love being able to talk to everyone and feel welcomed. Like how everyone says hi, also love being able to make friends with my neighbors
Enjoy the neighborhood and the front office is wonderful. Any issues, they are there to help and ready to resolve them. Very quiet community.
Great environment, management, and services. Clean and efficient energy improvements. Parking is a hassle but they offer EV parking. Great amenities.
My experience here has been very good, in January it will be 1 year living here now and it has been great. I wish the Gym was a little bigger and that it had like boxing area other then that is good, my dog is happy and so is my family.
I love living here. The neighbors are nice and helpful. The office personnel is always available. I enjoy the availability of the valet trash.
I have absolutely loved living here! Although till be leaving in 2024 the last 3 (almost 4) years have been great. You have the occasional headaches from someone parking in your assigned space but most other issues if brought up to management are handled promptly.

Gables is a tucked away complex. The complex is quiet with great amenities. Its pet friendly and near shopping areas and restaurants. Friendly staff and good maintenance workers.
I have lived here about a year and have no complaints. Staff is great, maintenance is right on. Great location. Look for a place this is where to go
I have lived here for almost a year. This is such a clean property and the staff is so nice and welcoming. The staff remembers your name. Love when they have little events here like the food truck, or when they had the sign up for the solar energy. Would recommend to friends or family if they were looking for an apartment.
Our experience here has overall been pretty well. Whenever we have a maintenance issue they are quick to resolve the problem, the neighborhood is friendly, and it’s nice to see kids out playing. Parking can be a little rough if you have more than 1 vehicle

Front office is very helpful and kind. Great place to live and very kid friendly. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Very quite community.
The staff and maintenance are great people. They are quick to resolve our issues. There are some neighbors that do not clean up after dogs and when they go to throw trash away, they miss the bin and do not pick it up. There are some people that drive too fast around here.

So far we have had a pretty positive experience living here. Maintenance has been quick responding to our maintenance request and the grounds are well maintained.
I completely enjoy living here. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Neighbors greet you and are courteous drivers in the parking lot. The staff is very knowledgeable about the amenities and I love that there are opportunities to meet neighbors through activities sponsored.by Gable Oaks.
Excellent communication with the staff members. Everyone is very helpful and will go the extra mile to ensure that your needs are met. Many upgrades to the property and amenities have taken place throughout my tenancy.
My experience living at Gables oak creek has been good , not much to complain about at times they could’ve done better with housekeeping around the complex. But besides that maintenance we’re usually quick to handle all request in a timely matter. Agents in leasing office we’re always polite and listened to residents concerns/questions when needed and its usually quiet around here. overall good experience living here . Price could be a little more reasonable or units can be upgraded for the price they charge monthly .

The community is very clean and quiet. Management does a great job of making sure maintenance requests get don’t in a timely manner. I enjoy living close to stores and schools.
So far so great. We were welcomed with open arms and everything has been accommodated as needed. We were given very specific direction for what is expected of us so that there are no surprises when it’s time to move out.
Everyone in the office was absolutely amazing during our move in process! Only had a few minor issues with appliances and cosmetics in our new home.
The office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. I believe they do genuinely care about doing what they can to deliver the best service they can. It's not perfect though some residents contribute to the dirty exterior. Food stains (or rotting food left) in walk ways. Additionally (and most importantly) they need to go back to closing the gates and only remote access. There have been quite a few concerning incidents with non-residents coming here causing scary scenes resulting in police showing up. I know they are making improvements to the community currently, and I know everyone living here would agree the gates need to be corrected. To end on a postive note, the 3 bedroom is a wonderful size!
Living here has been great. Besides the construction there is no inconvenience. The trash delivery service is so convenient. I had an emergency with my electricity the other day and had it fixed within hours.
I like the atmosphere here and the home feeling. My family and I enjoy the pool and jacuzzi too. The staff here are very attentive as well. We also like that it has a family vibe. My family feels safe here too.
We love living here. The apartment is spacious and the patio is huge. Neighbors can do better by cleaning up after their dogs and making sure they throw their trash away in the garbage. Maintenance can go around and clean the hallways because they are very dirty. The office staff is amazing, they are so helpful and kind.
I love living here at Gables Oaks. The apartment is spacious, we have been here for 2 years and never had had a problem. We enjoy the pool and sometimes go to the gym. The only problem are the people in the neighborhood do not throw their trash in the garbage. Also the people in the community do not clean up after their dogs.
So far I’ve been here for about 3 months and its great. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I love how I don’t have to worry about parking as there is so much parking available. Also, i love the fact of the trash bins not being overly flowed and the trash taken out appropriately. So far its been a great experience in the neighborhood.
The community is very quiet and the set up is nice. Repairs are not really done to expectations especially with the amount that is charged for rent. The carpet is not up to par and the technique for the repair of the glaze on the tub should definitely be reconsidered. I don’t mind staying here aside from Those to worries.
After calling the corporate office for the final costs for our move out I was shocked to see how little came from our efforts of cleaning the apartment as confirmed with property management and maintenance management. Myself and my roommate put great effort into making the apartment as clean as possible and still manage to take all the money we deposited for what was promised not to be that much. Too see the crazy amounts that definitely were not explained as being "that much" is definitely upsetting. I asked multiple times about this carpet situation and still managed to get $400 out of us just for carpet. I had great faith in the way the move out process was being explained and done but after this I have lost all of that said faith. since the move in have treated this apartment probably the best out of the whole community, disheartened to feel as if I was explained one thing and still managed to lose out. Just disappointed in this outcome and definitely sadden to have believed what was told to be a simple "prorated" amount was not that. Don't waste your time in cleaning efforts, you won't be getting anything back here.
Great apartment complex. We enjoy the amenities and our glad they are upgrading the gym. Friendly neighbors and nice pool area. Wish the spa was fixed. Loving wildomar area so far.

Living at Gable Oaks is comfortable look e and serene. It is so easy to come home to a clean, calm environment. I appreciate the serenity at night. I can sleep.
The staff is a friendly and responsive, the residents in my building are friendly as well! The valet trash service has gotten better about picking up during days of operation (it was pretty bad for awhile).
It would be great if the hallways and stairs been clean…the stairs look super dusty and nasty. It would be great if they maintain the area. People doesn’t care of their public areas
Loved living here. We move out soon , relocating but loved loved this place . Never any problems and if we ever needed something fixed , they were always quick to respond
I like it here! Very nice apartments, I love that they have balconies, my pets really like it here as well. Of course, like any California property it’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it :)
Nice place overall but most of my neighbors are loud and leave trash everywhere which attracts bugs that find their way into my apartment. If this wasn’t the most reasonably priced 3 bedroom apartment in the area I would not recommend living here. Already extremely disappointed

Just moved here a couple days ago and I am absolutely in love with me new place. Very clean and people are very friendly. I would recommend this place.
It has been nice staying here the maintenance people are pretty quick and nice and the area has been quite and is in a convenient location..
I love it, the neighbors are so nice, the complex is very clean. The staff is helpful. Nice area not a lot of traffic . Close to several stores and the complex is between both freeways
I have lived at gables oak creek for five years and have had nothing but a positive experience. The community is quiet and well maintained. Honestly the service guys deserve a raise because of the care and ability to continue caring for the property.
Customer service and amenities like trash service are very convenient. Very safe and respectful neighborhood. Close to hospital which is a plus
