Horrible management! Stay away

Lived here for a year and had endless peoblems with Managment. I have never been so happy to move out of somewhere in my life. Managment truly doesnt care about any of their residents and just wants as much money as possible. Save yourself the headache and stay away from G8!

Horrible staff

Don’t rent here . Employees are horrible ! They will lie to you and trick you to take your deposit than you will not be able to get any answer from anyone for a long time as they are not answering their phones or emails and than there is all kinds of hidden fees and extras .. it’s ridiculous and troublesome Management as well .... They will just waste your time and than if you happen to get hold of a human it will be the maintenance guy ... They will also advertise 4 or 8 weeks free and than when you call them on it they will tell you that Marketing person doesn’t know what they are doing etc etc ...Plain Ridiculous! ... I would stay as far away from these people as possible. Extremely irresponsible Management and Employees .
