Located in Lower Westchester County, the charming community of Hartsdale/Greenburgh provides residents with an urban atmosphere in a suburban setting. Hartsdale/Greenburgh sits just 20 miles north of Manhattan, making it an easy 30-minute trip via Metro-North to Grand Central Station.
Brimming with history, Hartsdale played an important role in the Revolutionary War. George Washington may have even slept here. The quaint downtown area runs along East Hartsdale Avenue, where trendy boutiques join a wide variety of popular restaurants with cuisines that span the globe.
Commuters who rent apartments in one of the stately brick buildings or modern high-rises within walking distance of the train station can enjoy a car-free lifestyle in the suburbs. Green space is abundant in Hartsdale. Among the most popular parks is the 125-acre Hart's Brook Nature Preserve and Arboretum, which boasts 2.5 miles of scenic walking trails.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Fulton Park Apartments
I TRIED TO CALL TO SCHEDULE A TOUR and after the "google voice" notification came on that it was a google voice subscription, the person on the other end told me that I needed to tell him how much I made year, my occupation, and my credit score before I could see the property. INSANE.
