The "City of Seven Wonders" is in itself a wonder. It is home to the tallest mountain in Arizona, Lowell Observatory, the US Naval Observatory, the Arizona Snowbowl, the Meteor Crater, and historic Route 66. It is the gateway to Grand Canyon National Park and has a strong tourism industry. Flagstaff is surrounded by national forests and is ideal for those who enjoy hiking, camping, mountain climbing, skiing, and snowboarding. Woodlands Village is a fantastic Flagstaff neighborhood, located just south of downtown and adjacent to Northern Arizona University. It is bordered by I-40 and I-17 for fast commutes throughout the region, and the neighborhood features a large shopping district along Woodlands Village Road.
Woodlands Village is attractive and wooded, offering beautiful mountain views, the Flagstaff Urban Trail, and nearby parks. Downtown Flagstaff is just over a mile north, and Northern Arizona University is about a half a mile from Woodlands Village.

The location is awesome for commuting to campus and any maintenance requests have been quickly addressed, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful! Overall, Fremont has created a great living environment for me and my roommates :)

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been great. Fremont is ran like a small apartment complex. The workers are helpful and nice. Whenever I have a problem they figure out a way to fix it in no time. The place is frequently cleaned and well maintained. The suana and the gym are what I most frequently visit but the huge hot tub is their best attraction. There is no assigned parking which helps with getting a good spot but when you don’t it’s easy to lose your car when you first start living here. Overall this is my favorite living experience I’ve had in Flagstaff so far.

I love Fremont since it is right near campus and the bus! The apartments are very modern and they allow you to really personalize your space. Anytime I had any issues the front office was always so nice and understanding. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Fremont is a very good place to live, as it is close to NAU, and close to a few grocery stores. I have lived at Fremont for 2 years and am signed for another!! Live here if you want a good apartment and respectful front desk for any problems you have in your apartment!

This is one of the best places to live in Flagstaff, I have lived here for almost a full year and they always go out of their way to ensure the happiness of every resident. They do fun games for the residents to interact sometimes and the staff are wonderful. 10/10 Reccomend!

I love living at the Fremont with my college friends. It is clean, the staff are helpful, and the amenities are great. During the winter the parking garage is amazing because you never have to dig out your car because of the snow. it’s easy to get around Flagstaff because, it’s close to Milton, but not noisy on Milton. It’s just a block away. The gym is nice too. It’s so easy and convenient. The staff are also very helpful when signing leases/releting leases. I used to not live at the Fremont and I’m glad I moved.

Although the prices are a bit high (they all are), this property is overall great. It’s located in a good area, especially for south campus students. The staff are always as helpful as they can be, and are quick and responsive. I would recommend anyone consider Fremont as an option.

From leasing to actually living at Fremont, the staff and living community here have been the best I have ever encountered. Everyone cares about you, and this is shown not only through great compassion and service, but through action. I can recall reaching out to Fremont when I was in need of a lease, and they took time out of their day to find me the perfect place for me and my support dog. We're were even able to get a place with a little back porch on the first floor; this meant a lot to me! I'm really glad I made the right the decision. My time at Fremont had been nothing but the greatest living experience that I have had, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else. I hope that you will take this honest review to heart and consider the super positive impact that Fremont has had on me into consideration as you search for a new home (even if it is a temporary home for university). :)
