I highly recommend the franklin commons community because the property managment and staff are amazing and very professional! The units are beautiful and spacious! All appliances are up to date and the property is well taken care of from maintenance to housekeeping that cleans the open hallways! The community is friendly, clean and quiet! Highly recommend!!! Franklin Commons is a wonderful community. The apartments and grounds are lovely and the location in Franklin is convenient to two train stations as well as retail establishments and restaurants. The complex is perfect for families with children with lots of open space. All ages live here which is wonderful. Neighbors are friendly and people care about their neighbors.

Franklin Commons is a wonderful community. The office staff is very easy to work with and care about the residents. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and take care of any issues. The grounds are well maintained and children have plenty of open space to play. People of all ages are residents and everyone is friendly. The location is very convenient for residents and the town has two train stations for Boston commuters or anyone headed to the Boston area for events etc. I highly recommend Franklin Commons to anyone looking for a safe and lovely community.

Franklin Commons is a wonderful community with a caring and helpful office staff. The maintenance staff always responds quickly and is professional. Walter truly cares about the residents of the community. The grounds are lovely with spacious areas for children to play and adults to walk. Off the main road, Franklin Commons is peaceful. It is also convenient to shopping areas, restaurants and a lovely downtown with a commuter rail station. I have been a resident for 11 years and have made many friends. A great place to live!

I have lived at Franklin Commons for eight years, and I'm really happy with my life here. I love my apartment. I have so many windows with nice views and lots of sunshine. Apartment managers are always responsive to any issues I raise. I really can't imagine living anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year now. We love our apartment. We have a two bedroom with two bathrooms and in unit washer and dryer and especially in this market it is a great price for what we get. The staff are wonderful too, and very responsive. In general I also think Franklin is a great town, and this is a good location, close to stores and a short drive or longer walk from downtown.

Franklin Commons is a wonderful community. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The grounds are lovely and perfect for families. People are friendly and helpful. The property is off the main road, but close to everything. I have enjoyed being a resident and having friends of all ages. The office staff is also ready to assist the residents in any way possible. I would highly recommend Franklin Commons, whether you are on your own or have a growing family.

A very good place to call home. The staff is always available to answer questions or concerns. I have received compliments from some of my visitors as to how clean and beautifully landscaped the grounds are. Keep up the good work.
