I would highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a place! I’ve lived here for over 7years! The office staff is amazing and will assist you with any needs! The lawn is always well kept and the maintenance request are handled very quickly! The location of this property is always very convenient! It’s close by gas stations, grocery stores, and fast food restaurants! The lawns are always well kept as well! The overall location is great for any needs you may have! There is always on site laundry rooms in each unit!

This is a great property! I was able to get a renovated two bedroom and it is perfect. Prisca walked me through the entire process and introduced me to Dustin, the maintenance man, so I had a face and name should I need anything. Off to a great start!!

Beautiful place to live. Been here for two year they let me plant flowers people kind lot parking. Office people so nice don’t care for the stairs nice wash room don’t like we’re trash is Nice area to walk near shopiping area put sidewalk all around the apartments. Great place

Presca and the beautiful environment makes living in Fox Run worth it! Her presence is a blessing and so is the staff. I would recommend Fox Run to anyone!

The improvement made far as adding sidewalks & handicaps parking spots, shows that the apartment complex cares about our concerns we had voiced in the past.

I enjoy living out here at fox run. The neighbors are nice, the office staff and maintenance are nice as well professional and friendly Also any maintenance requests are done the same day or next day. I definitely recommend 10/10 to live here

This is a wonderful place to live! I would definitely recommend this place to any one looking. The location is amazing! The buildings are always kept clean! The apartments are very spacious also! The he office staff is very friendly and will hand all your needs very quickly! I’ve never had any issues since I lived here! The lawns are always well kept! Very very very nice on the inside and outside. Bug free, smoke free, nice neighbors, child friendly. The staff is the best part. The property manager is friendly, understanding, and awesome!

This community is so cute! I went and toured a couple weeks ago with my roommate and Prisca was super nice and took time to tell us about the area as well.

In particular I love the lawn service and maintenance staff who are extremely responsive; also every request and inquiry are addressed in a timely fashion. The rent is competitive and my neighbors have been clean and responsible. They even had a lottery recently that allowed one tenant to win a free month of rent, really innovative I’d say. They also have up to date units, this is a great palace to lay your head! Lastly the community manager is very informative and genuine, she has always provided me with assistance in a professional manner and went beyond to address my tenant based concerns.

They apartment is very comfortable. The manager and staff a very nice and welcoming. The area is very clean an it is child friendly. I am so grateful for being a resident at Fox Run apartments

Very happy with my choice in bringing my family to live in Fox Run. We enjoy the peace mostly. Trees and neat grass always a plus. At first I thought it was a little much with the trash, but now I find the help pretty convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a nice neighborhood and great people(staff) and all. _T

The landscape is beautiful and the property is a well kept and the staff is amazing! The maintenance man was helpful and thoughtful when it came to removing the snow. I like that I can pay my rent and put in a work order online. When signing my lease and renewing it online was helpful.

I lived here for a few years and have nothing but good reviews. Plenty of space, plenty of parking. There’s everything you need around the area, such as food. It’s a great school district as well. They are very good with any repairs and do great at keeping everything up to date.

Our community is prettier than most golf courses!! I like how they mow diamond cuts in the lawn, perfectly ? Staff works hard keeping this place immaculate!

I like my home- very spacious. I really love the closet space...my walkin is huge! I look out and my view is nature. They have secured entrances and each building comes with a laundry room. Parking is plenty. I would recommend

I am a new resident of Fox Run Apartments. I just want to say as a this being my first apartment and me relocating states from Michigan to Ohio. The management has made my transition magnificent. I feel like management kept in contact with me and has treated with respect. Very kind hearted people and the property is amazing. New apartments are beautiful, clean and just a great place to live. I'm excited that this is my first apartment.

I just moved to the area and needed an apartment quickly. I loved everything I saw about this place. The Manager in the office worked fast to get an apartment ready for me to move into. I am extremely pleased so far.

I lived at Fox Run for almost 3 years. I must say, Charity is one of the best landlords. She took care of the problems I had and was willing to work with me when I needed help. The apartment itself is great. It is close to the highway and my job ... I'd recommended checking out Fox Run Apartments if you are looking for a new place to stay.

Super expensive, extreme amount of fees I’ve ever seen in an apartment... not even the best location and always cops in the complex because of drug issues. Worst mistake of my life and I’m still paying for it.

The rolling hills add so much to the eye. This place is nice kept and the grounds are clean. The staff does a very nice job! My apartment is gorgeous!

This place is home. I'm raising my kids here. More than anything the staff is amazing and have always been with charity and charge. I always know what I get with this community. Safety, piece, quiet and sense of family..Weather your stay will be short or long, it will be memorable and beneficial.

My home is more than an apartment. I love this place. There is even a soccer field. The grounds are rolling hills, graced with trees. They plant flowers by the enterances. They do a great job!

I lived here for 3 years and it was the best apartment I ever had. My job relocated me as I am a flight attendant or I would still be living here. It will always be home to me.

Great apartment complex overall. Everything is very well kept inside and out. Landscaping is done regularly. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. Honestly no real negatives.

This place is very nice. My apartment has a lot of space and everything seems to be new. This is a nice change compared to my last apartment that was falling apart. Everything is nice here inside and outside. My kid loves the soccer field. It is a great place to live.

I really enjoy renting from Towne Properties - Fox Run. I feel very safe and supported by the staff/maintenance crew. The staff know my name each time I walk into the office and are able to help me with any questions I have. The grounds are always clean and well groomed and just makes you feel at home.

All I can say is they truly have an awesome floor plan with a lot of huge closets.

This place above all others in the Trotwood area. Truly the best place I have seen to rent in the area. Also, I was simple surprised how quiet this community is. Don't bother looking anywhere else, wasting time and money else ware, like I did. This place is very well organized, clean curb appeal and so much more.

I am loving my view from my third floor apartment. From the gorgeous sunset to the views of roof tops and tree tops. People pay hundreds a night in Tennessee to see views like this. I am pleasantly surprised how many colorful birds that I've seen so far, not to mention the trees changing colors. If your looking for a peaceful place to relax after a long day at work, this is your new home also! Hello, neighbor!
