Property Ratings at Fox Run Apartments
I went to schedule a tour , they emailed me a few times they had and i sent then one that works for ne ,I drove 2 hours to there just for them to tell me they have none to tour and come back instead I got 5 min conversation that could have been an email, they do not care about your time and clearly have 0 management skills
I strongly urge you NOT to move here. Do NOT let them fool you or entice you with their marketing. This complex and management gets a -10 rating. The management is poor and the amount of gaslighting they do to tenants is unbelievably rude and absurd. Heat breaks, doesn't get fixed.
This is the most terrible complex you can ever move into!!! The management office is disgustingly rude, maintenance is always “short staffed” and they never have enough people to fix your apartment. There is mold everywhere, people steal your packages, they do not even salt the roads or stairs, my fiancé fell and hurt himself, when I was pregnant I slipped. The amount of rent you pay does not match the quality of living nor the apartments. Absolutely overpriced and the people who live here are very trashy and have no regard when it comes to their noise level and leaving trash all over the place!! Do NOT move here, you will absolutely regret it!!!!
The apartments are decent but overpriced. You can call the front office hundreds of times and leave voicemails with no response.
Skip over this place. Some of the worst apartments I’ve seen. Carpets were stained and wrinkled, appliances, cabinetry, and rusty water heater were all at least 15 maybe 20 years outdated, cracks in the ceiling where it met the wall. Also advertised a discount on website and refused to honor because they “forgot to take it down.” Gentleman whom showed apartment was quite rude as well, we set up appointment ahead of time however he rushed us every step of the way, didn’t not even look at us when speaking initially, left his car running when we arrived at apartment. Upon asking about the price, possible updates, repairs, and cleaning were met with very robotic script of that was the standard of the area, which is IS NOT and he proceed to fly out of there before we even walked to our own vehicle.
Dirty out dated, too expensive for what they offer however nice neighborhood.
When you put in a work order they only seam to fix what could be seen by a passerby. I have asked at Least 2x to have asking for the entryway and laundry rooms stayed for bugs and cleaned. Also has its fair share of hidden costs
