It’s basically a homeless camp. People crushing cans at 3am,yelling, slamming car doors. A few places actually have camps out side. I’ve seen my neighbor try to run someone over. The cops are constantly here. It’s CRAZY!!! DO NOT RENT!!!! It’s CHEAP FOR A REASON!!!

The apartment smelled like mold, when I complained about it after the first week they told me that mold management was my responsibility... well yeah, wiping down the windows if there is condensation... removing or cleaning mold a week after moving in is not. But they never did anything about it. In addition to that the walls are paper thin and the appliances are from the 80s. Thank god I got through living in this, I let them keep the final months rent because this place was a pure nightmare. Oh and they kept my deposit when I returned the place spotless. If only I had a time machine. You’ve been warned.

after 2 years here dealing with mold issues, rodent issues, silly rules from the management group, and constant rate hikes higher than local average I'm done. pretty sure I've seen their staff write reviews for them too. the apartment themselves are slapped together in the laziest of ways and it can take a week to get something fixed. crime here is bad enough that my car has been stolen twice and with the homeless shelter down the street I can only expect it to increase. considering all this, the fact they charge in the top 20% per square foot, you'd be an idiot to move in.

What a great place to call home and Templeton staff has a way of making you feel at home. Any concerns, maintenance or otherwise, are addressed to me sufficiently and ‘always’ with Christina’s and Semantha’s oh-so-pleasant attitude! My apartment is amazingly immaculate and all devices function as they should. There is a once-a-month community gathering at the clubhouse for those of us who desire to meet our neighbors; oh, I mean ‘our community family.’ There is a business room with internet computers for the career person and a family playground for kiddies of all ages, exercise room, and swimming pool. Oh my gosh, soooo much in amenities! p.s. And ‘security’ at night; whoo hoo! Come and live with us. Betty

This is the best Apartment, in Clark County, since I moved here in 1967 with my family and got my first Apartment in 1977 after returning from my service in the Army!!!! They have the FREINDLIEST STAFF working here and especially the manager... Sabrina, as well as, the assistant manager!!!! I would never move from this complex and would definitely recommend them to others!!!!

I've lived at Fox Pointe for over seven years and I've watched this complex go through dramatic improvements, especially over the last couple of years. The management is very friendly (Carmen Fodor, mgr.) and the upkeep staff is considerate and punctual of any needs of the residents here. I would highly recommend this facility to any prospective renter and hope that your stay here is as enjoyable for you as it has been for myself.

Rude office staff, mold ridden apartments, that maintenance just paint over, will make up a million reason to not return a security deposit. Will insult you blatantly, will talk condescendingly to you, and will never ever answer the phone, and when you happen to get in touch with someone you'll get a ton of attitude, they will misprocess your rent payment and charge you late fees for no reason, maintenance takes weeks to respond and in some cases never respond. Horrible apartment, staff by horrible people, spend more money and stay someplace else. Its low rent is not work the apartment you get or the horrible customer service. Believe me I lived it.

I lived here for one year and they were the worst apartments ever. Mold was on my ceiling, they just painted over it and moved me in, took weeks to repair, had no shower and no use of the bathroom. Rude staff, horrible manager. Old run down apartments ...This place was the worst choice of my life, glad it's over.

Nice pool and park like setting between buildings...unfortunately they really need to pave the lot. The apartments that have had remodeling are really nicely done with upgraded appliances, including front loading washers in some units (like mine). location is good - lots of shopping, restaurants, malls, major roads and highways and right across the river from Portland.
