Property Ratings at Four Winds Apartments
Place is trash. They advertise a hot tub, despite the fact it's been closed for 17 months.
I have never seen a staff like the one at Four Winds. If I call the office with a maintenance request they put in the request instantly and within 20 minutes I usually have maintenance at my door. Both of the men are always so pleasant and nice. The staff does an excellent job here.
i have lived at four winds for a few years and my only issue i ever had was the maintenance staff. they have always been nice but it took things too long to be fixed correctly. recently they have hired a new maintenance staff and my experience thus far has been beyond exceptional. they come by in a timely manner and if you are not home they leave a note letting you know they were there and what they did at your home. its a great thing to come home and not have to wonder if things were fixed. i am very pleased.
I unfortunately have to relocate out of state, which is the only reason I am ending my residency at Four Winds. Britnee has been great since I moved in, and has been a pleasure to work with. I will recommend Four Winds to any of my friends relocating to this area.
i looked at a lot of apartments in the fall river area. the amenities at four winds were a major selling point for my family and i. it's great to have a pool to use in the summer and winter. the community is well kept for being over 30 years old.
My husband and I have been living at Four Winds for over 2 years. The community for the most part is quiet. As always no matter where you live there will always be small issues. When we first moved in, the windows in our building were awful. That spring they were replaced and we no longer have an issue with draftiness. The staff is always quick to help whether it be a maintenance issue or something that needs managements attention. Overall, we enjoy living here and don't see ourselves leaving any time soon.
I recently moved to Four Winds from out of state. Britnee and Tiffany made my transition to a new location peaceful and easy.
My fiance and I moved into Four Winds after selling our home this past winter and we have lived here for roughly a year now and have minimal complaints. We rent a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit which is spacious, yet cozy. Sometimes the property seems to be short staffed, but the staff members do their best to meet our needs as quickly as possible.
I have been living here over a year and I have never found a better place to call home.The staff is always caring and very attentive to our requests and needs. The property is in the perfect location, away from the busy road to give quietness to all residents but close enough to the highways. Four Winds offers some pretty sweet amenities that my grand children love to use like the indoor swimming pool and the basketball court. I would absolutely recommend the Four Winds to anyone looking to move to the Fall River community.
The management here is so poor! Everytime i visit their office is either close or sitting on the table chatting. Nothing works! AC doesn’t work in the whole building! And can’t be fixed until next summer!! Stove doesn’t work! Windows are falling out! Can’t wait to be out of here!
Well we moved in to the Four Winds Apartments which is run by Claremont Residential. We moved in the early part of July 2015. Been here about six weeks now and are very pleased thus far. The office staff (Aileen & Brittany) and maintenance crew (Wayne and crew)have been great very attentive to our needs and requests. Without asking they painted, installed new carpet and replaced the kitchen floor and countertops. Just prior to moving in we requested to have them provide a rental washer and dryer. They didn't have one readily available and had to order us a new ones. Since they didn't have it in time for our move in date (got it about a week after) the offered us one month free rental. We also had a couple of small issues that we noticed after we moved in that were addressed right away by the maintenance. Very happy with the condition of our apartment. Complex its self is very quite and the kids love the amenities like the indoor/outdoor pools & gym. We had looked at all the available apartments in the area and this location was by far the best we viewed.I would definitely recommend this location to everyone!!
