      we are going to miss you

      We moved here from San Francisco 2 years ago and now are moving out to a different location. We love the staff in this building. The maintenance team was always very helpful and showed up on time every time we had an issue (locked out of room). The girls at the office ALWAYS very nice, polite and professional (specially the manager). This is one of those very few locations that I felt safe living. There is security 24/7. I always went to bed feeling protected. Thank you so much for taking good care of us these two years. We hope our next office people would be just as amazing as you’ve been these two years. 407

      If your safety is priority for you DO NOT MOVE to Four seasons

      When your car gets vandalized and breaks in twice in just a few months and in a closed garage this means one thing your safety means nothing for the apartment’s owner, and it is in his least interests. I asked if they could install cameras in the garage and the management simple answer the owner doesn’t want to do that it is expensive!! When you sign on the contract no smoking inside the apartment or the building and you wake up in the morning breathing Marijuana instead of oxygen inside your bedroom, it means one thing owner and management are not interested in enforcing the roles and their main goal just to collect the rent at the end of the month. I am sorry to say that but living in Four seasons at walnut creek became a risk and a challenge and you are not getting back what you pay for. The rent is high, but the service does not worth that. Basically, the owner tells you I am providing you with a roof and you are on your own! IF YOU CONECREN ABOUT YOUR SAFETY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

      Very Content Living Here

      I have lived here nearly 20 years and am very content. This is my home. Nice location affords easy access to downtown and freeways. The people who work here are without exception helpful with any desired needs and quite competent.

      Good location

      Good location in the quiet end of the street with easy access to freeway and downtown. It's clean and well run, the managers and maintenance guys have been here for a long time. Office is open every day and the maintenance guy and manager live here, so it's not hard to get help with something or pick up a package. The office accepts and holds onto packages so you don't have to worry about them disappearing from your door. This complex is the only one in the neighborhood with any guest parking, but they do require parking permits and cars without a permit get towed a lot. You get one parking space included with your apartment but if you have guests or more than one car it can be tough to find parking but the guest parking available helps. Apartment is a good size with lots of closets and storage. My kitchen is open to the living room and has a USB outlet so it's easy to charge my phone while I'm cooking or watching tv, it seems like a small detail but it makes a huge difference to me.

      Four Seasons Apartments

      The staff at this complex have always been helpful since the day I applied and moved in. I've locked myself out (and in) numerous times and they've always been able to help me no matter what time of the day it is. The complex is pet friendly, which I absolutely appreciate because I have a small puppy. The appliances are new and the carpet was also fresh and brand new when I moved in. They have two okay sized pool and jacuzzis, which is definitely convenient since it get pretty hot out in this area of the Bay Area. Linda B, Walnut Creek CA

      Four Seasons

      My apt. complex is very clean in a park like setting and quiet at most times. Has two pools and hot tubs with nice lounge chairs and tables and management seems to be polite and responsive. The rent is a tad bit on the high side but it's a nice place to live. A big bonus is that they allow pets which is very important to me. Overall I am happy with my choice.

      Great Quiet Community

      It has been a while since I lived in apartment and had to get one due to a job change and was concerned that this would not be a positive experience, with stories of noise complaints and faulty equipment from other apartments near by. However at Four Seasons, none of this was the case in the reviews so I gave it a chance and am very happy with that choice. I have met many friendly professionals like myself, had sound sleeping with no noise and no issues with anything in the apartment! I love it here! This is also a smoke free community, and that was the icing on the cake for me, not liking to be in an area with secondhand or lingering smoke. I recommend this community for any professionals in the area!
