Four Seasons of Colchester

I have lived at the Four Seasons the past 3 years and could not be happier with my apartment or the management team. The buildings are new and clean; the property is well maintained and perfect for walking, riding a bike or throwing a ball in the grass. The apartment itself has stainless appliances, ceiling fans in every room, large bedrooms and the fan in the bathroom that doubles as a heater in the winter. It is minutes from downtown which has a grocery store, tons of locally owned restaurants and even a town green that often hosts fairs, farmers markets and movie nights. The area is incredibly safe, I am often coming in late and the parking lots are well lit. You won’t find a better property for the price in this area.

I have lived here for the past 2 years so far and can't say enough good things about this place! Living here was the best choice I could have made more my first apartment. Dawn and Cyndi were very friendly during the initial tour and answered all my questions - the application process was seamless and so quick that I got approved/signed my lease the same day. Kevin, the maintenance technician is also very helpful and polite as well - if you need anything looked at or fixed, he's your guy! The exterior of the apartments are always kept clean of debris and are maintained on a regular basis. In the winter time, the parking lots are consistently plowed when there's snow and in the summer time, the grass is routinely cut and pruned. The neighbors are quiet and pleasant to interact with. The town of Colchester is continuously thriving with new restaurants and shops which makes the location aspect even more exciting. Overall perfect place for if you want to live on your own or if you have a family!

I was shown several units with Dawn who was extremely helpful. The property is quite new with clean floors and a big bathroom. The location is close to town but it’s on a private road so you don’t hear any traffic. Come check out this wonderful place surrounded by woods. Four Seasons has a country feel and you will feel at home!

My daughter and I lived in a two bedroom apartment at Four Seasons of Colchester for two years. We loved it very much! The apartment was super spacious and beautiful. We felt comfortable and safe and had no complaints whatsoever. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to rent in Colchester, CT!

We have been living here for 4 years and we have had a good experience since. We recently moved out of their one bedroom and into a two bedroom which is super spacious and have been loving it! I don't think you can find apartments of this quality for the price they are going for anywhere else between Norwich and Glastonbury!
