Fountains of Largo

I am so pleased to be living here! I love the new updates to the apartment, the beautiful grounds and fountains, kind staff and quiet community. It is perfect for us and we are blessed to live here.

The complex is very quiet, no loud noises during the night. The reception people are always friendly and welcoming; whenever we have questions they'll answer immediately or get the answer as quickly as possible. Overall a great apartment for the price and very welcoming community.

we had a absolutely amazing experience! Everyone is so professional and helped us out a lot during this process. The apartments are stunning with so many perks and the pool is beautiful and well taken care of.

Everything from paperwork being explained to the walk through was absolutely thorough and smooth. I'm so relieved to have a office full of awesome people I can rely on between maintenance and management! Thank you!

The management team is amazing. Especially Yessey. And my neighbors and surrounding residence have been very welcoming and friendly. I have no complaints.

This is a great place to live. Close to everything you need from shopping, medical needs and the beautiful Gulf beaches. Management and maintenance are on top of things and very helpful.

Good location! Close to Indian rocks beach and shopping, everything you could need. The pool is nice and the grill to use is a great amenity too.

The location is really great! Very close to shopping and the beach is just a few miles away. The area is quiet and there’s not an excessive amount of crime.

Great community to live in. Quiet and friendly. Well kept common areas. Nice and very competent office and maintenance staff. We have been residents for over 10 years and we love living here.

Just moved in this week and the staff has been nothing but helpful during the entire move in process!! Our one bedroom updated apartment is perfect location and has so much storage

Great place to live! The location is good and there’s a lot to do close by. This complex is basically hurricane/flood proof too, which is pretty cool.

If other neighbors can obey the rules with no POT smoking or blasting their music at 3:00 in the morning it would be great!!! Oh and taking off the charge of the trash pick up because they don’t pick up half the time! Waste of money. The pool would be great if it was heated as well!

Great location, close to everything you need from shopping, medical needs to just going to the beach or a local park. Nice community to live in. The property is kept up by Maintenance and management.

We've been here for approximately 4 months and are very happy with the apartment and community. Our neighbors are very friendly. I'm impressed with the the efforts that are made to keep the landscaping up and the property looking it's very best looking forward to summer so we can enjoy the pool!

From the moment I stepped into the office of Fountains of Largo I felt at home. I was greeted with a smile and kindness. That kindness was felt throughout my application process and beyond. Yessy was hands-on thru the entire process and quickly responded to any questions I had.

Great resident experience. Office staff and maintenance staff are courteous and helpful. Grounds are kept in great condition. I recommend living here.

The staff is Super friendly and they are always very quick responding to any questions or concerns! If you have a maintenance issue they address it quickly and make sure to keep you updated with it!

Not sure why all of a sudden there is trash laying around in the flower beds even after the mowers are finished. TVs of neighbors are getting louder and louder, doors are slamming shut when closing. And the pool is gross! Pool guy doesn’t even vacuum the pool he just skims it. I could do that. I actually told him last week it was slimy he laughed. I’m sure our rent goes to the maintenance of that pool!!!! Needs to look better!!!

The overall application process and approval was very quick. Yessy was amazing to work with. She even stopped by as we were moving in to make sure everything was good. Love the apartment and the complex! Very happy with our decision too move here!

This is a great community to live in. Everyone is nice and the area is quiet. It’s also very closer to several grocery stores and restaurants.

Everyone has been super friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with my dryer and they came right away and fixed it. It’s a very quiet complex.

I love it here! It’s so quiet and they keep it so beautiful and welcoming here!! The grounds are always kept up and it’s never dirty here. The staff is also very welcoming!!

The community is nice, no real issues The staff is professional and courteous. All maintenance requests are handled quickly. There isn't much in the way of amenities. There is a pool, I just wish it was maintained better and kept clean.

The complex is clean. Yessy is doing amazing and maintenance team is working hard. It is a very nice place to live with our family and very quiet place.

This is a great area to live in. You have the best beaches right down the road. All the shopping you can imagine and beautiful parks real close by, even walking distance. Apartments are close enough to main roads but still sit back off of them so you feel you are not in busy area at all. Overall nice apartment community to live in.

Everyone is very kind and professional. They provide timely resolution to any issue you may have. During the week you're able to locate a maintenance worker on the grounds.

Mangers were so great, great communication and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from the time I stepped into the office.

I have lived at The Fountains of Largo for about a year and I have enjoyed getting to know the staff. The maintenance staff has been quick to respond and I enjoy talking with the Asst. in the office (Yessie). I knew the past Manager Romana. I don't really know the new one.

Great location. Nice staff. Nice place to live overall. Great pool and outdoor grilling amenities. Only 3 miles from the beach and so close to lots of shops!

I am a new tenant and I was very pleased how easy the approval process was especially moving out of state. I am looking forward to finally being in Florida!

Great community super peaceful!! There is so much to do close by here. Many parks, the beach and nature walks. Great Elementry school close to this area. My son and I love this area.

It feels like home. I haven't been here long but I'm really enjoying it. Plenty of space in a gorgeous complex and a super convenient area. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I love the location! Access to the beach, grocery store and many stores. The complex is a nice environment- sitting in the lanai listening to the fountain having coffee is a Saturday must.

Maintenance is great, quick, and resolve fast. Selvin and koda are friendly and do great job of fixing things. They go above and fix your problems quick.

It's okay but remodeled apartments are not remodeled at all. They just replaced appliances with stainless steel ones and changed kitchen cabinets doors only.

A great location to live. Very close to beach and restaurants and shopping! And only 35 minutes to Tampa. Nicely maintained apartments too. Wish they had recycling and that they were a tobacco free property!

Love it here And it's nice in clean and very nice staff and they will help you with every you need help with and dog friendly and have a great nice pool

Great place to live. Great sense of community and friendly neighbors. Location can't be beat. Shopping, medical needs and beaches all close by. Management and maintenance are on top of things and the new paint job of the buildings look great.

Have been a resident for 9 years. I love living here. All staff are great and diligent. Grounds are kept in great shape and clean. Now the makeover is awesome!!

I like the Fountains of Largo, It’s nice community . The management is great as well as the maintenance assistance . Whenever there is something I need help - it is being fixed in less than 24 hours Thank you
