Foundry Lofts

Love it Foundry is the best, sometimes they lose my packages but it’s ok it’s probably the carriers fault. Rent is pricey but the amenities are nice

I love how personable the staff is, they’re the sweetest! They have helped us out a ton and are so understanding of everything. I also love the space itself, it’s so nice being able to study somewhere outside the apartment without having to walk to a library.

At the Foundry Lofts, I've really liked the different people I've encountered at the Foundry community. The workers are really nice and helpful, while the residents too are very nice and polite.

High rent and electric bills, small rooms, difficult to resolve issues with management. No security guards. Decent maintenance though, usually resolve problems quickly

I like the amenities and the apartment style. The views are also great. Please fix the elevator issue since the property is so big and there are so many residents here.

I loved the welcome-back events with the free goods! The staff was so nice and welcoming and I always look forward to holding conversations with them. I think they are the chillest staff on this campus and all my other friends agree.

Everyone is great. The gym community is really helpful. I would love to see more community events happening so that we can meet each other..

I love the amenities and community here! I love being so close to state street and my classes on central campus, but it's also nice to have Kerrytown/the farmer's market nearby too!

I love it here. Foundry lifts truly is incredible and has everything you could want in an apartment. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. A pool, gym all of the amenities are amazing

The best thing in our apartment was the amenities (hot tub, fitness center, game lounge). It made me able to relax during my busy schedule. The fitness center in my apartment has a lot of new equipment and is always kept clean, which is nice. Despite the fact that there are not many people using the center, there are plenty of machines and the gym is big, so it's not a problem to use. The game room has table tennis and billiards, so it's a great place to have fun with friends. I would definitely recommend others to try it out. Last but not least, the hot tub is a great place to throw a party, and it seems to be easily accessible in any season.

My apartment's microwave has not been replaced after asking 5 times, and the rooftop access glitched out making an issue with me and my friends

Amazing. The only issue I might say I have is sometimes there are hallways that smell of week. As someone who personally doesn't smoke and doesn't find the smell all too appealing, just maybe from next year having separate floors or areas of the building to do such in.

The community is wonderful. Everyone is kind and helpful. Staff is always willing to help. Residents are inviting and enjoyable. I wouldn’t rather be anywhere but Foundry!

The safe neighborhood and close distance to campus makes Foundry a great place to stay. So far, I’ve enjoyed my unit and the friendliness of the staff here!

I like the systems and machines of the gym, the amenities, the floor plan, and the security. Also, I love to location which is a walking distance to the U of M, Ann Arbor.

Ive loved living here so far! It’s incredibly clean and has well designed apts. People are so friendly especially the staff! Building feels very safe and secure.

Moving into Foundry Lofts was a seamless experience from start to finish. The staff at Foundry went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, answering all of my questions promptly and making the process stress-free. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. The building itself is immaculate, with well-maintained amenities and a vibrant community atmosphere. The management team truly cares about the residents' well-being, and it shows in their exceptional service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—Foundry is a gem! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free move and a wonderful living environment. Five stars, without a doubt!

The comfort and space of the apartments is genuinely unmatched, but what I love the most is the floor to ceiling windows. The light that comes in makes the space so lively and refreshing, something I didn't get while living in the dorms. The amenities, too, are out of this world!!

I think all the services were great and the people at Foundry Lofts are all very lovely. I've called for like a thousand times but I always get satisfying answers and quick responses. Fantastic!

Going to move in soon, seems like it’s a really nice apartment building. Hopefully will have a great year here. Really convenient, seven-eleven is inside of the building

Do not live here. No heat for a month in the winter. No AC for 10 weeks in the summer. Packages are constantly stolen. Management is not helpful. Not worth the money whatsoever.

I've had a pretty good experience here overall. I can't say that I really have any particular complaints. I'm sad to be moving out at the beginning of August.

I think its so nice and welcoming! The community seems really sweet in the little interactions I have had, but from those experiences, they managed to mark their friendly mark.

It is so nice and very welcoming as a community, super lovely interactions, and have had some great experiences. 10/10 would recommend for any person looking for an apartment

The Foundry leasing office will take every opportunity to empty your pockets and are impossible people to work. My roommates and I were charged $370 for leaving a small folding chair in our otherwise spotless apartment that was actually left by previous tenants, not even us! The leasing office did not respond to several proper and polite written attempts and calls to resolve the unfounded charge. In three years of living at Foundry and paying a small fortune in rent, Foundry does not even meet the bare minimum in respect for tenants.
