Heritage Hills is an affordable neighborhood in Austin, encompassed by modest apartments and local shops. The community is also referred to as Woodbridge and is just 20 minutes away from Downtown Austin.
The area has a variety of schools that service this diverse community, and it also has a number of distribution centers as well as small businesses. Heritage Hills in Austin is bordered by U.S. Highway 183 and Interstate 35, making travel a breeze for area residents.
Although it has a very urban feel to it, Heritage Hills is extremely accommodating for families. Garcia District Park is located on the north side of the neighborhood, featuring amenities such as walking trails, sports facilities, and a garden.

Property Ratings at Forest Park
These apartments have not been renovated to match the cost of rent. Old 90s appliances, they’re infested with roaches. Most reviews are by friends and live on site staff!! If you ask the real residents these reviews would be zero stars.
The staff did not relay the maximum income restrictions when initially contacted.
These apartment are great! Security is also very vigilant and keeps the apartments safe. Although management has continued to fix damages from 2021's snowstorm, the apartments continue to be great! Most of my issues are resolved by management, so I'm pretty satisfied with the conditions here.
MY APARTMENTS IS BEAUTIFUL. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IN. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL IN THE TIME OF NEED. I HAVE A SPACIOUS APARTMENT AND I AM THANKFUL THAT I CHOSE FOREST PARK APARTMENTS.
I like living here, they did a major renovation on the property it looks great. Some people complain about roaches but I keep my place clean and never had an issue at all with that, my neighbors are friendly. Very close to the stores, IH 35 & 183 and schools are at walking distance.
After a year of renovations, this complex looks great! They renovated even mail boxes! New free carport! I really love live here.
