I'm really enjoying this property. Quiet and clean. I feel safe hee as well. My space is just right for me. I appreciate the design and it really feels like a home.
Quiet; great amount of space. Location for shopping: perfect! We made a great choice. We have an outside area, which we haven’t had in a long time, so I have beautiful plants growing, makes it feel like a home!
Love my new place to live. Quiet area and I feel very safe in this neighborhood. Would recommend this location to anyone that wants to move to Chattanooga
I’ve lived at Forest Hill Villas for a few years and really hoped to see the community thrive. Here’s my honest review: Pros: The villas are spacious and nice. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Broken pool furniture was replaced. Barry in the office is awesome and genuinely tries—he even hosted a breakfast bar. Josh in maintenance is great too, though he’s stretched thin across multiple properties. Cons: The pool is rarely cleaned properly. It’s supposedly cleaned twice a week, but usually just skimmed. It needs vacuuming, and a neighbor’s water test showed zero chlorine—dangerous for our only amenity. Landscaping is inconsistent, with long gaps in service and crews ignoring large parts of the property. I’ve stayed hopeful, but repeated emails to management haven’t improved things. Just sharing my experience.
Overall I have enjoyed my 2 years here. There are sometimes inconsistencies with the valet trash service & communication has been spotty when management changes over. My unit itself is nice, quiet, & maintenance is timely. Everyone is very friendly.
I love this community is very clean peacefull my 2 bedroom apartment is beautiful I love it I love living here the swimming pool is beautiful
Forest villas is a Quiet neighborhood, nice amenities, newer buildings, friendly staff to help with any concerns you may have. I have recommend our community to some of my friends.
Thw houses are clean, the ac works great, anf the grounds are always kept very neat. All in all and enjoyable place to stay. Im really looking forward to the pool being open soon. I only wish it was a little cheaper for a one bed one bath apartment.
Staff has always been extremely friendly and courteous. Only issue we have had is with lack of timely maintenance. I have had to replace air filters and simple kitchen plumbing because no one ever responded to my requests. Other than that we love living here!
I love how quiet this community is and feels super safe! The Villas are beautiful and are well taken care of. Our maintenance guy, Josh, is amazing! He is super personable and hilarious. I would love to see more community events. The pool in the summer tends to get really dirty and the amenities are okay. I wish there was a little bit more like a gym and a clubhouse.
