One star just for the parking lot. The worst maintenance I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t care, they’re rude and have no idea how to do their work. Never come or come when you’re not home (even if you tell them to when you’re available). No respect to your apartment and your furniture (one of the guys stepped on our new couch when painting the ceiling and left shoe prints). Middlesex management another nightmare. None never knows anything, they’re rude and they only want your money. Besides, apartments are terrible and not renovated even if they said so. They just paint over to make everything look nice. Cracking walls, leaking roof, not insulated windows...
