Florida Club at Deerwood

I spoke with Tamekia, and she was friendly, fast and informative, very professional and courteous. The tour was awesome, and she helped me understand that her tenants are in good hands. Let's not forget about the upkeep there of the apartments they were in great condition. I can tell she stays on her job. definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Conam managed apartments are the worst I’ve ever lived in, after living in 6 others. They rig an apartment together to look somewhat nice, then once you get into the apartment you will have many problems and submit multiple work orders often, the maintenance guys were the only wonderful thing about this apartment ! I built great relationship with them, after seeing them so often for so many issues. The apartment is way overpriced for what you get. And on top of that they will gouge you when you move out. I moved into an apartment that had a huge stain on the carpet, took photos and they told me they would change it out but I was already moved in so they’d change it when I moved out which was fine because my bed was going over it. Then upon moving out I had made another stain on the carpet, but they were already supposed to be replacing it. Nope I got charged an extra $200 for the carpet even after multiple disputes with no responses from conam management, only for the billing department to tell me it was denied. So I had two choices to let it ruin my credit and get sent to collections or to pay these inconsiderate people. Save yourself the trouble and find a nicer group of people to work with.

We love living here! The staff is always so friendly. The community it clean and very well maintained.

I really appreciate the maintenance team! Its a team of really great guys who go out of their way too put a smile on their communitys face! They are professional, timely, and once again super kind!

The management and maintenance crew care about all tenants. No matter what they want to help always.

Overall, great community! Staff is so sweet and handles any matters right away. Grounds are kept clean, and it is a very pet-friendly community. Apartments are spacious, and I absolutely love having a view of a beautiful lake in my backyard. I love living here!

The staff is friendly and very attentive. They have addressed all issues in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend, Nikki and Mike feel like family!!!

My experience here has been great. The location is amazing. The property manager has been great before and during my stay. I'll review my after at a later post. Overall this has been a great place to call home.

Florida Club at Deerwood is a Great place live. The community is quiet, clean and the staff and maintenance team are amazing. It has always made us feel right at home. Community events are provided monthly and there's plenty to do within the community as well. So happy we found this location, our own piece of Jacksonville to call our own.

The location is perfect for my needs. Everything is nearby: grocery store, the hospital, Butler Blvd, Towncenter, the library. Plus, the community has a dog park.

Dayonna was the absolute best but she is no longer here. Now that she is gone I no dread going into the office for anything at all. When I have to speak to the property manager I have to prepare myself because I know I will only get a lot of excuses, she will then start to speak on topics she knows very little to nothing about and give false information. She then starts to put words in your mouth and then gets upset when you call her out on it. You would think with the money paid in rent here they could offer more security however we get very little and when asked about it the property manager only response is no property can guarantee security which no one expects, however to have more working security cameras would make people feel more secure.

Just love my little corner of Florida CLub - private (not always quiet due to noise from above but tolerable- staff helpful and courtious property clean - sometimes parking problems but noticed usally due to apartment with multiple cars per apartment or multiple visitors

Florida a Club is a nice community. It is well kept (except the dog park) and convenient to everything. The staff and maintenance people are excellent and the apartments are roomy and comfortable. Overall it is a nice place to live.

If you're looking for a small community that's affordable, excellent location, family & pet friendly, provides spacious 2/3 rm floor plans, optional garages, fitness & yoga 24 hr access, pool w/bbq & refrigerator access, great security, maintenance and staff that are always polite and helpful....Florida Club at Deerwood is the place for you. Our family has enjoyed staying here and making this our home. The neighborhood is beautiful and neighbors are all polite.

Moved in a couple months ago and have already stepped in dog 4 times. One day, I came home on lunch break to walk my dog and stepped in it. I had no other choice but to change shoes. It's so bad in area's, that unfortunately you really can't walk in any grass within the complex without looking down. Once getting out of my van, I stepped in it because there was a grass patch next to the parking spots. Behind the buildings it's literally a couple feet apart. The dog park as well is so bad that you can't help but almost cough from the smell along with having to walk past the piles.

I am a current resident currently till feb. and I've always had problems with insects , bugs and all other creature coming in my unit !!! .. I have complained about it multiple times and all they could do is give me insect traps to put out (never works btw) . The parking is so bad specially at night , it doesn't make sense ! I learned that filling a formal complain never works so I stopped going to the office . Will not be renewing my lease here at Florida club !

I moved in 2 months ago and by far this is the quietest community. I love to leave my balcony door open for fresh air and I can't believe how quiet it is. The residents are by far some of the nicest people. The only gripe I have is I wasn't able to get a garage right next to my apt. but the staff put every effort forward to secure one within proximity to my location. The apartment is so modern and bright it makes coming home such a joy. I LOVE it here!

small complex and I'm glad. I've only been here since last December and I think I know everyone in my building. I think it's only five or six buildings in the whole place. Everyone knows you and you know everyone. Great sense of community. Love the doggy park and I think it looks like they're expanding it. They've added some nice touches over the last few months.

I have been living in a 2 bedroom at this complex for 6 months now and I love it!!! My apartment is beautiful, best kitchen in town (so my friends tell me ) It is super convenient without the traffic. I'm at the mall in 7 minutes, at work in 5 minute! If I need to travel, and I do weekly, I am on the interstate in minutes. My dog loves the park, its in the center of the complex and I have meet some awesome other dog owners here who love it too. Unlike other places I have lived in, surprisingly, I have never had noise problems from the couple living above me or from the main road. The staff has been always friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or if I needed to put in a request. I only had my faucet get stuck once and they came out in 10 minutes to fix it! Yeah! The gym is opened 24 hours, I love that! I really love my apartment and I would totally recommend living here!
