No complaints about living at Flora - they are super on top of managing the complex and even proactively have upgrades done. Office staff are very professional and prompt with responses when I reach out. Maintenance staff are amazing - service requests are usually completed in 24 hours (or way faster!). Nice amenities like a fenced dog area and dog bath station, bike storage and a beautiful courtyard. Plenty of parking nearby, in a safe area, close to BART and downtown. The only thing is no central AC, just an outdated, loud wall unit. Overall very happy living here!

We have lived at Flora Apartments for almost 15 years. We love how clean, quiet and pet friendly it is. One of the great things about Flora Apartments is how quick, friendly and efficient the maintenance team is. Anytime we submit a work request, one of the team members is knocking at our door with a few hours. Joe efficiently fixed our thermostat in no time flat today.

I just moved into the Flora apartments and it was an amazing experience. The staff here, Angela, Serena, Joe and Sam made it so easy and comfortable. The neighbors are also very nice and I’ll enjoy taking my dog to the dog run everyday. Thank you Flora team!!

I toured Flora today with Serena and was amazed at how beautiful it is inside. The courtyard is large and green with lots of places to walk my dog and the location works well with my commute to work. I will be moving here as soon as my current lease is up.

I've lived here for a few years now, and its been a great place to live. The management team is really nice and helpful; the maintenance team is quick to respond to any ticket and really works hard. The parking lots are nice and the street parking is plentiful, which is rare for Walnut Creek.
