I recently moved into Flora Carnes Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! From the very first day, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The community is beautiful, with well-kept grounds and modern amenities that make it feel like home right away. My apartment itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and filled with natural light. Everything feels brand new and well-maintained, and the attention to detail really shows. The location is also perfect—close to everything I need while still being peaceful and quiet when I come home. What stands out the most is the sense of community here. It feels safe, friendly, and inviting, and I can already tell this is going to be a wonderful place to live long-term. I’m so glad I chose Flora Carnes Apartments and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and welcoming home!

This is my first time renting, so I checked out the website and application process on a Friday morning, but didn’t have time to complete it. Sydney from their leasing office called me a few hours later to reach out and see if I had any questions. She offered to give me a tour that afternoon. When I got there, Sydney made me feel at home right away. I had so many questions and changed my mind on some of the details, but she never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time or that it was a bother at all. Beautiful venue with a few amenities, nice staff, good location, and beautiful apartments to live in. Maintenance has been on top of everything within 24 hours of requesting. Unfortunately, I have had a few urgent questions/concerns for the staff, and it has been very difficult to get in touch with them.

All I cam say is WOW!!! I have lived at other apartments throughout my life but Flora apartments in summerville takes the cake! Between the events held, cleanliness, professionalism and staff/neighbors, it is an amazing experience. They have done a great job on making it feel like a community and not just another apartment complex. Really should change the name to Flora Community! The apartment life has been part of what made my time special through meaningful connections and the events held throughout my time with Flora. So far so good, moved in today. Seems quiet, maybe consider a smoking spot for renters and quest. Other than that, love it. Can't wait to try out the fitness center

A great place to stay. Staff was friendly. Great location. And I love the kitchen! The layout offering was just was we wanted and the added built-ins gives the space a more custom feel. I also love the thought put into the Internet services and the tv cable management.

We sold out of our home of 34 yrs and decided to move into a NO maintenance apartment. Flora was the first place we looked in search of a perfect place. Kristen showed us around and we loved it! She has been so patient and kind to us. I'm not sure what we would have done without her in this next chapter of our life. Loving if so far!

Brand new to the community. The property is beautiful. It’s quite welcoming. We are on the third floor. I know it is nothing we could possibly do about it, but our neighbor above us walks extremely hard. Other than that, that is the only thing thus far
