Less than 2 miles away is the upscale enclave of Bronxville with it's classic cafe's and fine dining. These are sample pics of the last apt we upgraded. The spacious one bed currently under construction includes all new Granite counters beautiful cabinets, stainless appliances, new vanity, mirrors and fixtures in the bath, re finished wood floors throughout. Heat and hot water are included. Average electric bill runs $75. Wired for Verizon Fios. On site Super. Laundry area at the lobby level has all new machines. Assigned parking and/or additional garage spots available for additional fee. We are pet friendly with a few restrictions.
