Flats on 21

I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and really enjoyed living here. The manager is sure friendly, very accommodating and super great to work with! The apartments are kept in great condition and appliances are really new. Flats is the best place to rent in Austin.

I completely enjoyed my stay at the Flats on 21. Facilties are very well maintained and very queit. I also enjoyed the onsite workout facilities. The staff is amazing, courteous and very fast to respond to all of your needs! Best place to rent in Austin!

Friendly staff, if there is a problem with the unit it is resolved quickly. The dog park is a nice touch.

The flats on 21st was the best apartment I have lived in. You can’t hear your neighbors, super updated, great staff, wonderful work out rooms, they do things for the tenants all the time like breakfast, snacks, dinners, ice cream. They plan building nights out so everyone can get to know each other. Pet friendly!

This was a great apartment to move to right after college. Has all the amenities you need and great place for pets!

The apartments are beautiful and maintained well. Manager is very approachable and wonderful to deal with. Any maintenance requests are done very quickly and he is very friendly. Pet friendly. I love living here

I lived at the Flats on 21 for almost 3 years, and I seriously wish I could move the entire apartment and the property manager to where I moved. Jana is seriously an amazing property manager, who helped me get through any sort of crunch I was in, with my best interest in mind. She keeps the apartment spotless, literally spotless, as does the maintenance. Not only is Jana an amazing property manager but also an amazing person, who is thoughtful, caring, kind and loving. No place will ever feel as much like home as my first apartment at the flats. It’s where I learned how to live on my own for the first time, with the help of Jana. The Flats on 21 is the best place you could live in Austin, and probably anywhere near it. -Sincerely- DK

There’s a great living area around The Flats on 21, I lived there for almost 3 years and any time I ever had issues I was always reassured and helped by the property manager, I don’t think there’s a better place to live with a property manager you know you can always trust. The 1 Bed unit is very very spacious, the appliances are perfect, the wifi never ever had issues. Honestly if you’re looking for a place to move into. The Flats on 21 is one of the best places you can go. 5 STARS!!!

The staff and environment of Flats on 21 is the best around. I feel secure with electronic locks on all the tenants doors and key fob access to the exterior doors. I feel right at home with lounge areas on the premises and other amenity rooms like game rooms and a petite gym. Just an all around fantastic place to live in Austin, MN.

The manager and the maintenance are great to work with open communication especially if you have issues. They take care of the problem right away. Love that it is per friendly! I met a few great neighbors!

I am a current resident of the Flats on 21. I have been living here for 10 months now and haven't been happier in any other place in town! The Flats on 21 are located on the outskirts of town providing a quiet and serene environment. The building is beautiful inside and out. It is very well kept up. The building also provides a safe and secure feeling with security controlled entrances and several security cameras in and around the property. The apartments are beautifully designed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full size washer/dryers in the units. The rent also includes internet access. The building has 24 hour exercise rooms, which I take advantage of a lot, a game room, and also a community room to gather with friends to hang out. The community room also has a free coffee/hot chocolate machine as well, which is perfect for those chilly MN days to warm up! And, as a dog lover, it is nice that this apartment building is pet friendly and has two dog parks on-site as well. The Property Manager, Jana, has been amazing! She is so friendly and kind, and has always been quick to respond to any of my inquiries/questions/requests. And, Rod, who handles the Maintenance, is also one of a kind. He is so friendly, and willing to help whenever needed. This past winter my car wouldn't start, and he was right there able to provide me with a car jumper box, which the apartment building has on-site, to get my car started. And, on my way I went. Overall, I can say, the Flats on 21 is the best apartment available in town! I couldn't have chosen a better place to call "Home"! ?

Living at the Flats has been a great place to live! It is mostly quiet, feel safer having secure locked entrances, and have the community room and game room is a nice place to hang out. Also having a coffee/hot chocolate machine in the building has been nice when it's cold. Jana and Rod have been nice and friendly also. Maintenance of the building is kept up very well. It's a great place to call home! Love that it is both cat and dog friendly because that is hard to find now days! I can take my cats for a walk and not worry about them getting too far because they need exercise too! Definitely recommend living here!

Flats on 21 is the community I was looking for. I also love the close parking, cleanliness, community room, events, gym, coffee machine, and so much more they have to offer. Jana and the maintenance man have a speedy response time. I feel like they truly care about my safety and experience while living in Austin. I highly recommend flats on 21.

i’ve been living here for 5 months now and i love everything about it here! the fitness center, community room, and apartments themselves are great!! it’s the perfect place to live. the location is very convenient as well! the management in this place is amazing and very easy to work with! 10/10 recommend!!

This apartment is amazing! They have a fitness center, a game room, a community room with an espresso machine, and more! They value their residents, including the pets! They are even in the process of building a dog park. Anytime I have any questions, they are quick to answer and the staff is so friendly. I love it here

I have lived here for over a year and love it. It’s hard to find pet-friendly rentals, but Flats on 21 LOVES our dogs. Always clean and quiet. Tenants are nice and I feel very safe here.

This wonderful studio worked great for our stay in Austin, Minnesota. They were able to offer a short term lease, which was just what we needed. This apartment building was just built so we had all new appliances. There was a full size washer and dryer in the apartment, which was great! I would highly recommend this wonderful property. It is dog friendly!

While my time at Flats on 21st was short, it was very nice! If I were moving back into the area I would definitely choose them again! The team was very accommodating of a quick move for my career. There was no hassle and the staff provided me with all the necessary help/paperwork.
