I love living at Flatiron. Such a convenient location. Great apartment. Gym is so nice. The team at the office and maintenance are phenomenal. They really do go above and beyond. Neighbors are friendly. The Medici coffee is yummy next door. We get discounts for some of the foods and retail stores around the domain area. It is an apartment complex so sometimes you can hear noises but nothing crazy. They added a mini market for residents to purchase late night snacks, drinks or everyday toiletries/ basic house supplies.

We are really happy to live in our complex ?? For us the most important thing was the presence of a clean pool, since our son loves to swim, the area is clean, everything smells delicious.

The staff is amazing, the process was smooth, the neighborhood is amazing with lots of security, and the apartment is great. It was not made ready for move in, so I had to clean quite a bit.

I just wish there was a grocery store near me Other than that, everything is great. Great room and amenities provided by the apartment. Community is great as well

Safe and walkable neighborhood and great maintenance. Feels safe walking around at night and there is a dog park nearby which is great. Easy to put in maintenance request from the app so no stress with that.

Aside from sometime the noisy neighbors upstairs, our experience at Flatiron has been great. From the ameneties, to the comfort, the space, and maintenance, and customer service, the frequent community events, we have really enjoy living here for the past 3 years.

After 9 months of living in the Flatiron Domain., I am happy with my choice. Staff and neighbors continue to be friendly and the building is overall well maintained. Like any building with many people there are still issues like stolen packages and animals using the bathroom in door etc.

I've lived here a few weeks and really like it. I love all the great amenities, and having my dog so close to all the green space and dog parks is great for walks. The location is amazing, too - we're super close to all the shops you can imagine!
