Livable.
It's okay to live here. It's definitely a place to live. You have to be careful of the homeless that walk through every day. Some can be very dangerous. We are not allowed to tell them to leave so they hang around and dig through the ashtrays for cigarettes. Fischer Court is definitely close to a few stores so if you are walking it won't be a problem.
