Finisterra is conveniently located right behind Walmart, Costco, Bob’s Furniture, Ross, and a variety of other well-known retailers, shops, and restaurants which makes the location extremely convenient. Karla, the leasing consultant, has amazing energy. She’s always smiling, welcoming, and truly makes the leasing experience enjoyable and easy. Her positive attitude helps you feel confident in choosing this community as your new home. While I do wish that some amenities, such as the gym and pool, offered longer or even 24-hour access, the base rent feels fair for what you receive in return. Overall, my experience so far has been very good. Although I’m still new to the community, everything appears well-maintained or planning improvements, and I look forward to my stay here. Like any place, there’s always room for growth, but I’m pleased with my decision so far.

I recently had two issues that needed fixing, the Microwave stopped working completely and Im pleased to say that it was replaced immediately!My second was the washing machine was malfunctioning this took a longer period of time however my washing machine has been replaced now and I’m satisfied with the performance of the replacement!

Extremely disappointed in how complex is ran, no follow ups from the many complaints when we moved in, office staff is not accommodating or supportive while moving in. They come off rude and condescending. Things were promised but not followed through with, rent is expensive for what you get and the model they show you looks nothing like the apartment you get. So thankful we only did a year lease and not longer.

The most horrible experience EVER! they make sure to have the front of the complex clean but the rest they don’t upkeep it. I placed the same work order 3 times and the issue NEVER got fixed. When I moved it the nails were coming up the floor the paint on the cabinets were chips and they had water damage, the vent was super dirt like it hasn’t been changed in years. You can see all the dust and hair. Now a year later I’m moving out and they are shady when it comes to your deposit. They charged me for wear and tear like paint, that’s the owners responsible it comes with the territory of owning property. They even charged me $622 of additional deposit with no explanation. I have pictures of the condition I moved into and now they won’t answer my calls. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Do Not Recommend!!

Four Months in and wow! I should've done more research! There are problems all across the complex, had I asked our neighbors they would've told me the first day they have Rodent issues. They have Roof-Rats all across the complex, and very outdated units that are still being fixed, our unit is mix, outlets are super lose, our unit was not move-ready. Broken appliances that took months to replace. Random water shut-off's with an "Oops we had a delay in communicating to the residents of water shutoff". No Accountability, Horrible Communication, Slow repairs, Roach and Rodent infestations....Yet they try to enforce community guidelines at their leisure. Don't be fooled, you'll have better options elsewhere, if you do a tour look at the little black boxes near any unit, those are rat traps/poison.

I have had nothing but issues since day one I moved here! From a condescending rude manager to staff. The walls and flooring are super thin, good luck if you have kids and on a second floor, the bottom floor you can consistently hear every foot step. And worst part of all? You can hear the laundry machines running from your next door labors so good luck sleeping at night.

Finisterra is a very nice place to call home. The office staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The maintenance staff has been professional and responsive to all items I need looked at or fixed. The grounds have been well taken care of and I love all the walking paths throughout the complex.

The rent rises every year, Finisterra is not a value any longer. The security patrol is a joke, I was nearly run over by a security car going to fast through the parking lot once, not sure how they patrol or notice anything going that fast. Having to pay for trash service $25.00/month - JOKE Having to pay for parcel delivery $20.00/month - JOKE $540/year out of my pocket for things I can do myself.- JOKE We should be able to OPT OUT of those services

Community is louder than expected, it is next to the road so you get lots of loud cars pass by but also loud cars from tenants as well. Kids scream late at night, dogs bark when you pass by units, apartment was not clean when we moved in (i.e. razor blades on the balcony when we got the keys, bugs on the ground, etc)

I am mostly happy with my Finisterra experience do far, though I only recently moved in. The office staff are helpful and friendly. My main complaints involve poor cleaning prior to move-in and what feels like nickel-and-diming regarding service fees. Otherwise, the community feels safe, and the apartments themselves are nice with some updated appliances.

Finisterra is amazing! Best complex I have lived at thus far. From the moment I stepped on the property and was greeted by the amazing, friendly front office staff I knew this was where I wanted to live! The staff were so informational and kept in touch throughout the process of applying until I moved in. They addressed all concerns right away. The best thing is that my fur babies love it here and they are much more happier! With all the green grass, trees, and big dog park they can’t get enough of this place! Very satisfied with everything thus far.

Overall a nice place to live, very quiet, management does their job. Rent is higher than other places, but you get a good service and a nice play to live, so you pay for what you got. I recommend it if you do not want to worry about your apartment and security.

My work orders never last longer then a day , property beautiful and clean and great staff. I absolutely adore Joshua the maintenance supervisor , he is always so helpful and efficient

Finisterra is very good so far. I moved in about a week ago but everyone in the community and on the staff is very friendly and genuine. A few things weren't working correctly upon move in, but fairly minor issues and the maintenance was very fast in fixing it.

I have been here since July this year and have had nothing but good experiences at Finisterra. All maintenance requests have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The office staff has been excellent to work with and clearly cares about the community. The staff are always working on improvements for the community and like input from the residents. I am very happy that I moved here and would recommend Finisterra if you are looking for a nice place to call home.

Finisterra is a nice place to live but sometimes they do not keep up with the landscape. For example we have trees by our apartment and they are hanging down all over the place making it hard to even walk. It is also starting to grow onto our porch

Finisterra has been such a great home for us. Priscilla specifically is an absolute godsend and angel and is always available if we need anything. She really has gone above and beyond every time we speak with her. Finisterra is a great place to live. The staff in the leasing office is very nice. The grounds are well maintained. All pertinent appliances are ready and available in the apartment.

There is a reoccurring mold situation in this apartment, stemming from a mold growth from bottom apartment (which prompted an immediate move out and renovation to the tenants at the time) and the maintenance does not take our maintenance requests seriously! They come when they feel like it and I've even been told how to clean the mold myself. When they come, they do not return for follow-ups as promised. My daughter has the most problem with this environment, developing allergies while living in this apartment. She was healthy before moving here in 2018!

I have friendly neighbors which can make living in an apartment easier. A lot of friendly people Ive met even in the dog park. The communication with the front office is top notch. They make sure any problems are solved. Its what you look for when moving into an apartment community.
