Horrible Maintenance and leasing company

This has been a terrible experience. When we moved in, we were not given keys and a wrong code to the building. When we got a locksmith to get us in, the apartment was absolutely filthy with a horribly disgusting toilet (you can imagine..). This was a brand new apartment at the time! No apology was given, no compensation and no cleaning service was sent. Since then, the trash room as been constantly overflown, and smelly, the lobby hardly ever gets cleaned and the elevator is sticky. It has been embarrassing inviting people over, truly. The company itself is completely unresponsive, you cannot reach them by phone and they dont have a location. When I have contacted them, I always get the same response of "we will bring it up with higher management" but I never hear back. Stay away from PIP and JBMP!
