The staff have been a huge help, from maintenance to the office staff, I admire they're responsiveness and professionalism. They have gone above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The apartment itself could have used a bit more cleaning but it wasn't horrible. I will say the only thing I wish that was disclosed to me before signing the lease, was that the previous owner moved units due to the noise from their upstairs neighbor. To me, that sounds unacceptable, why was a resident left with no other option but to move units? Why is the upstairs neighbor still allowed to make as much noise as they want? Because the noise has been exceptionally loud, even late at night, making it difficult to sleep.

I've lived here several years now and have been very satisfied with the services, amenities, and love my apartment. I started out in one of the older apartments and moved into a freshly remodeled one when it became available. I had grown up in an old house and lived in an old house for 29 years before selling it and moving to Fieldstone. I realized that the new apartment was the first time I had everything fresh and new. New appliances, flooring, kitchen counters, and paint.

I have lived at Fieldstone Apartment Homes for 15 years. The apartment complex has been maintained very well..Excellent, professional and friendly staff. I would recommend this apartment complex to family and friends.
We have lived at the Fieldstone Apartments for almost seven years. I wish we could spread the word about the apartments, we used too. This place used to have a nice community feel, activities going on, good maintance staffing, good office staffing, the grounds picked up daily. Its just not the same. Residents talk, people are unhappy but are forced to stay because of location, finance, or health. Its sad that a community that wants to be know for good things and once was has lost that charm.

So far it has been a nice experience. Friendly neighbors and a nice and helpful office staff. Nice clean apartments inside and out. A little pricey but I’ll pay it as long as it doesn’t get too out of hand. All and all seems to be a good place to call home.

The homes themselves are pretty nice, especially the renovated ones. The staff is somewhat hard to reach and could be better at communication with residents. We have had constant issues with the pool this year and it still hasn't opened which is absolutely outrageous. The neighborhood is quite in general which is nice but there is a lot of trash and junk around.

Lived here over 6 years and have seen a lot of changes, good and not so good. Apartment living was a hard change for us after being a home owner in a very close neighborhood in another state but Fieldstone was a choice because the office staff made us feel welcome and cared about. Things have changed and now we just feel like a rent payment.

I used to recommend this place all the time but not lately. I do like living here in general but the management or ownership or whoever makes the calls on things is really dropping the ball. It's hard to get a straight answer from the office about anything. There always seems to be a new mystery fee that pops up out of nowhere. Communication is terrible. And they still haven't opened the pool with no real info as to when it will open. This is by far the latest it will open (whenever it does) since I've been here for 6 years.

I have only been here since the latter part of Oct. I really like my apartment. I love the spacious living room and the open concept between living room and kitchen. I enjoy being able to take walks with my dog and not having to worry about so much traffic. The emenities are very nice. I really like the area.

me and my husband have been here for a couple years now and our apartment is so quiet. i can't hear my neighbors at all... it has upgraded appliances and a very clean look. we highly recommend fieldstone.

I’ve been living here for almost two years and in the beginning it was wonderful. Now I just feel bamboozled since new property management fieldstone has taken a turn for the absolute worst!! After speaking to other residents I’m not alone with how I feel. There’s an awful expensive charge for everything. We were being charged $100 for 4 months for a washer and dryer they didn’t even notify us about. I recommend that if you see this review to look for a place that shows you appreciation as a resident.

I moved here in 2018 and loved it until new management took over. In the last few years, the rent has increased by 62.4%!!! They have been very deceptive about how much the increases actually are because they now charge separately for EVERY SINGLE THING such as trash removal and water, all of which was included in the rent before. Apartments are very small and now extremely overpriced. Would not recommend.

This place is great. By far the best apartment complex that I've ever lived in. Very dog-friendly. The office staff, Ashley, Alexis and Phoebe were exceptionally receptive and communicative in the process of me moving in and have remained helpful throughout my time here, which is appreciated as a first-time renter.

Is close to the interstate. The apartment units arm newly renovated. Their maintenance department is very quick to respond to any needs that might arise. I found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Recently, they updated their jam to a state of the art facility. It is one of the safest and most cleanest apartment complexes that I have viewed. When I was looking for an apartment complex, I wanted some thing that was close to the state not necessarily in the city. You get the feeling that you are in the country but yet in the city at the same time.

New management took over in July, and the entire place has deteriorated. There is restricted access to the amenities that has translated into inaccessibility for me. Their electronics have not worked since the new management has taken over. They finally got the residents portal open on their web page, and a new $35 a month "convenience charge" was tacked onto our bill. New electronic locks were installed on our doors despite the fact that they've been unable to keep electronics operating elsewhere on the property. It's Labor Day weekend and the pool is closed!!!! It took 2 months before we received an email detailing our new management's contact information. People are leaving in droves. Apartments are currently listed more than $200 a month more than our lease that was signed less than a year ago. You don't want to live here until this crew gets it's act together.
I have to say this Community is very nice and friendly. My family and I enjoy our day with activities around this apartment Community. The staff is family oriented and trustworthy people. You have to live here to experience my joy.
Be aware that a major road construction project is impacting some of our living experience here. If you're on that side of the complex there is heavy equipment noise 6 days a week (unless its raining.) And who knows what that road will be right behind us now - headlights and traffic all night ? Its hard to make heads or tails of DOT's maps and the office staff just give vague non commital responses when asked about it. I'm usually gone during the day but was home on vacation and stunned at the daily roar and vibrations from big vehicles back there. I know it wakes me on Saturday mornings so I can imagine what my retired neighbors put up with while I'm at work :( You can't escape as the noise echoes down the hall/breezeway or comes in bedroom windows so either part of the apt the noise is an issue. Its making me consider carefully whether I should move from an otherwise good apartment, but your environment/neighborhood matters. Maybe its just shocking to some of us because it was an empty wooded area there and all you heard was birds and squirrels before, so its really a huge change.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Move in was a breeze, and everyone was extremely responsive to questions. Definitely has the small town neighborly feel!
came by a few days ago to look at a two bedroom apartment, the staff was great!!! he helped me with all of my questions and was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. this will be on the top of our list when we decide where to live!!!!!!
I have live in the apartments for several years great property that is peaceful and quite. The management company has been great since they started here and we love all of the employees. And we love the new outdoor kitchen at the pool!!!!
Just moved to the area and the staff was super friendly and helped out alot with getting me moved in fast! I had a great experience and the staff answered all the questions I had. I would definitely make this a stop if you are hunting for a great place and friendly staff in the Mebane, NC area.
Lived here for 9 years now. Great small community (Mebane). Close to everything, and the staff here is awesome.
