I love living at the Westmoreland Apartments. My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and the community is very quiet. The property manager is awesome!!! She listens to our concerns and addresses them accordingly. Not to mention, it’s conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Shaker Heights, where there are plenty of places to find good food and shopping. Gotta love it!!!

Lived here for awhile. Love the property manager. Very effective when there’s been a concern. Maintenance is prompt and does a good job. I would recommend living here. Prime location.

I've have lived in 2 2 bedroom apartments in this complex. I think the apartments are spacious and the closet space is way more than adequate. I have 5 large closets and still have room. I came from a house and so the closet space was high on my list of priorities. The bathrooms are in need of a complete renovation. They are extremely dated and the colors are horrendous. The kitchens have 2 closets, one a pantry and the other for storage. I was able to get a new stove upon move in, as well as a new toilet in the bathroom. The building is quiet. The grounds are very well taken care of and the walks are always shoveled in the winter, as well as salted. Maintenance is very quick to fix any problem. I have never had any issues with the laundry machines and think that the hallways and common areas are properly maintained. I only gave the building 4 stars, because of the bathrooms.

I Love my apartment. Management is great. They are always on time if something goes wrong. Great neighbors. Everything is so convenient with stores and rapid. I have been here since 2012. Chai' has been a true blessing to have around.
