Car Break Ins. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Not safe. There aren’t any cameras on property. Managers don’t seem concerned
Crime back here is ridiculous, cars broken into right before the holidays. My tires on the car were stolen few months ago. The gate always open. Management not doing anything about it.
So far being here has been super amazing! It is close to all my most convenient places I go to on a regular basis. Also being close to the airport is a plus. The apartments are to live for and the service at the front is always spectacular!!
For everyone who wants a quiet place to call home with Tropical Lush landscaping and abundance of amenities for adults and kids, Please come to Falls at Eagle Creek!! The leasing staff and maintenance is super sweet and will take care of you!!

Ive been living at Falls at Eagle Creek for exactly 1 month. The move in process was seamless. Alexis and Anna worked together to help me get the perfect unit for me and were informative and professional. The neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance comes out the same day a service request is sent. I cannot wait to see the renovations on the gym and common area. I am thoroughly pleased with Falls at Eagle Creek and recommend this community to anyone in the market for a new home!

Not as great as they may seem PARKING IS VERY BAD visitors take up all the parking BUT they're only allowing 2 tows per night when there needs to be more towing informed MAINTENANCE love to wait and watch you leave before entering your place of residence even when you ask thear they come while your home. AMMENTIES not open a large amount of the time Just overall not satisfied with the experience here during my stay

When you have a chance please give us a call and we can provide you with the correct information. As for maintenance, we always try to accommodate you wanting to be present during the repair, but in cases of emergency this may not be possible as we need to prevent further possible damage. Also, maintenance does not watch for you to leave, they service the request in the order received unless it's an emergency, but they definitely do not watch you leave as they are working very hard to get all requests, repairs and property needs completed as quickly as possible. Watching apartment would go against this initiative. If you have any further question or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us in the office. -FEC Manager
Falls at Eagle Creek was a very nice community when I first moved here. It was clean and well maintained. Now, the grounds are always full of trash and the breezeways are dirty and in need of power washing. There is a large staff turnover. The staff members are rude and they do not greet or acknowledge you when you enter the office. Maintenance has gone completely downhill. Work orders are not being completed properly or in a timely manner. The plumbing is a major issue. I've had commode flushing problems since I've been here and I only have one commode. I had to contact maintenence several times to let them know that it had to be repaired because there is only one commode.

Is there a particular area you are referring to? Is there a particular staff member that you are referring to because we always strive to greet everyone with a smile and professionalism. We do have some work orders pending parts and this is due to manufacturing being down so it takes longer to come in. Are you currently waiting on a repair? Was the issue with your toilet completed, I would assume it was as I do not see any pending requests for plumbing issues. A good community, the landscape is great, and property manager does a great job with following up with request. Like many communities you may experience some minor problems however Ive been a resident of Falls of Eagle Creek and have only had 1 negative experience. The property manager showed that she cared and was very responsive with my concerns however with the right support. Im sure the property could get on track and go in the right direction to compete with newer properties in the area.

Nice property but not properly maintained. The breezeways need routine cleaning and there are extreme plumbing issues.

We agree that the breezeways can get a bit dirty due to residents improperly putting trash outside instead of in the trash bins provided and to combat that our breezeways are cleaned weekly on a rotating building schedule. I love the amenities that are provided. Ive been her a little over a month now and havent had any complaints. The community is quite and the layout of the apartment is perfect and met all my needs.
Falls at Eagle Creek is a great place to live. I work in a nearby school district and the calm atmosphere with an easy commute right onto the Beltway made this apartment an easy choice. It also helped that the rent is very reasonable for the layout of the apartments! We have one of the smallest layouts and it doesn't feel small at all.
