Property Ratings at Falls At Borough Park
cockroaches everywhere. I tried products to kill them but it didn't work. I have contacted the manager several times to do something about this problem, but they just sent maintenance to spread some liquid and that was it. They never end. No matter how much you keep a tidy and clean the apartment, they are everywhere. The administration don’t support you.
These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is so rude and Un helpful. My apartment constantly had roaches no matter how much I cleaned. The parking is terrible. Some nights you can’t even get a spot in the complex parking lot. You can hear your upstairs neighbors talking. Gross, and miserable.

The property is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! It is so peaceful and relaxing to be able to have cup of coffee on my balcony and listen to the serene waterfalls and birds chirping. They always do such a fantastic job on the plants and flowers. The layout of my apartment couldn't be more ideal and the huge garden tub is to die for

My family and I have lived at the Falls for going on 3 years. We love the staff, and our community. While every apartment living situation has its quirks, we have a comfortable home. The quick access to I-45 helps when rushing to get out of the house in the mornings. When you're down by the pool, you don't feel like you're home. It feels like you're on a mini vacation at a resort.

Stopped by today with my mom and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff who were putting up beautiful decorations in the lobby. We went on a tour with Sarah and were pleasantly surprised by the property. Although it's really close to everything the falls still has a way of feeling separated from the Hussle and bussle.

I’ve been a resident since 2017 and I’m so happy I found this place. It’s quiet and clean. The maintenance and staff are so warm and welcoming and will resolve issues expediently. The ladies in the leasing office are so helpful and friendly. I get packages often and am alerted by them once they arrive. I really feel like part of the family here at the falls and enjoy being a resident here.

I have lived in many apartments over the years, especially during my 10 years in the military and this is definitely top of the list by far. The property itself is clean, has great amenities and the management is top notch. Patricia and Pat are the best in the biz and of course the location is on point. If you want a place that is nice, quiet and close to everything. This is definitely the place for you. highly recommend!

When I first walked in the door to inquire about these apartments, Pat was already waiting at the door to greet me. She was incredibly professional and went out of her way to help me the entire time! She even gave me her personal phone number in case I had any questions and to let me know she received my application. Pat was incredibly helpful and genuine, and now I couldn't be more excited to live here especially knowing how great management is. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and surrounded by waterfalls with a river that runs through the complex. The pool is so gorgeous, and the prices are very reasonable for being in The Woodlands. My experience with The Falls has been incredible so far!
