Two Years of Great Living at FalconView!

I’ve lived here for two years now, and I can confidently say it’s been an amazing place to call home. The community is quiet, beautifully maintained, and located in what I truly believe is the best neighborhood in Colorado Springs. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I love the open layout, high-quality finishes, and the natural light that pours in. The amenities are a huge bonus—especially the pool, fitness center, and resident lounge. They really make everyday living feel like a resort experience. The staff here is exceptional—friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests or questions. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. After two years, I still feel lucky to live here. If you’re looking for a place that’s peaceful, convenient, and truly feels like home, I highly recommend FalconView!

Best Place to Live!

I absolutely love my home here at FalconView! The gym is incredible for use, the pool is HUGE and the staff is always on point. Will stay as long as possible!

Horrible customer service and practices

My son recently applied for a one-bedroom apartment there. They took $300 to hold the apartment for him, and after a full week of waiting, declined his application even though he has excellent credit and is a retail manager and makes more than enough money to afford the place. They then refused to tell him why they declined his application, and then told him after THE FIFTH DAY OF WAITING, that his $300 fee to hold the apartment was going to get sent back to him in the mail.. They basically sabotaged his ability to even move in February because they took a week to decline him, and are now sending his $300 "hold your apartment fee" through the regular mail instead of giving it back to him immediately like he gave it to them. BEST COMPEX IN THE SPRINGS

FalconView is SUPERB! The whole staff, Becky, Sara, Sierra, and Katelyn all do an amazing job at making an apartment feel like a home! I truly believe anyone who chooses not to lease with FalconView would end up regretting it. Not only is the property beautiful but it has the most cozy "homey" feel! The pool is open year round and HEATED!! The gym is bigger and more equipped than any other apartment complex I have seen! I have had the absolute best experience and look forward to living here for a long time!

Run don't walk

My experience with the management was extremely disappointing and I would advise anyone to stay away. The apartment complex recently hired an asphalt company to renovate the parking lot, and while they sent out a few emails to inform residents about the project, I had a delivery coming on one of those days. Unfortunately, the delivery driver drove onto the work site, and management immediately held me accountable for any repairs that might be needed as a result of the third-party delivery. The delivery was not from a food delivery service like DoorDash but from a company like Amazon or UPS, which had been ordered several weeks earlier. What made the situation even worse was, I helped the complex by contacting the delivery company and connected them to management at Falcon View while I was at work. I provided the necessary context to the 3rd party and asked for their help, but Falcon View responded separately to inform me that the responsibility to resolve the issue was entirely on me. Despite the fact that the third-party had contacted Falcon View, they requested that I communicate with them directly and provide evidence from the previous messages and videos to facilitate the resolution. The situation was extremely frustrating, and it seemed like management was quick to pass the blame onto me for the delivery driver's mistake. Oh, it gets worse... the "management doesn't deactivate the gate OR put up cones in from the gate to like you know warm delivery drivers. In conclusion, I would advise anyone to avoid having packages delivered to this complex, as any damage caused will immediately be assumed to be the resident's responsibility

Worst Experience

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This apartment complex always has hidden fees. Their pool is never open, their gate is always broken so it’s not a gated community, mail room door is broken causing packages to always be stolen. Their staff is rude and has zero accountability following up on issues. Way overpriced for amenities that don’t work. Much better options out there.

Most Beautiful Property in Springs

I have been at FalconView Apartments for about 3 years now and couldn't be happier! The apartments and amenities are top notch. And you can't beat the views! The staff is amazing and you can tell they really care about the property and residents. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

Amazing place in the Springs to live!!!

I love living at Falcon View Apartments! Not only are the staff so helpful and friendly but the apartments are modern, clean, gorgeous, and spacious! This is one of the best low maintenance places I have lived! It is quiet, clean, and well-kept, and I love all the amenities! The view from the pool is second to none!

Beat place to live in the Springs

I have lived at Falcon View for almost two years and absolutely love my place. Beautiful spacious apartment with modern amenities, great location and super friendly and helpful staff. The entire leasing office staff including Emily, Sara ,Sheena and Brenda are amazing and the maintenance staff has always responded quickly to work orders Ive placed. Other amenities including beautiful pool with view of the mountains, trash services and solid fitness center with new equipment. I would highly recommend Falcon View to anyone looking for a new place to call home in Colorado Springs.

These are comments from my tour of the complex

I did a drive by the day before my appointment to tour the complex. It is surrounded by fencing (yes it is a gate community) but it felt "tight". The complex is located in an area close to I-25 and surrounded by hotels and corporate office buildings. I did tour the complex. In regard to the apartment, what you see in the videos and photos ... it IS what you get. The apartments are really nice. They way they spaced the amenities breaks things up from a tight cloistered complex to more spacey feeling. Now to what I didn't like. 1. No Elevators (this seems to be the norm here) 2. No space for bikes you either store them in the apt or on the patio 3. If you are a work-from-home associate and moving from out of state, you have to submit a statement from your HR department that they give you permission to live and work in CO. This broke the deal for me. This IS a nice place but there are others equally nice that don't treat you like a juvenile.

Car was broken into

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and my car was broken into the night before last. They slashed the seatbelt holding in my car seat ($480 to replace) and they stole my backpack with my maternity/postpartum/baby items. I’m 8 months pregnant. This had about $300 worth of items. I filed a police report and contacted the property but there is nothing they can do because there are no cameras outside. Also, once of the entrance gates is broken and is always open… it’s been broken for several weeks now. Finally, I am on the first floor and can hear the resident above me when he walks around, plays music, or has his TV on.

Management isn’t great

The management is some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. My college management was nicer than this. Often extremely rude or when I’m in the office completely ignore me. I often have to call 3-4 times before someone answers.

The nicest property I have ever lived at!

This is by fair the nicest property I have every lived at! I love my apartment, all the windows, and my extra long kitchen island. Honestly, there isn't anything I don't love about this place!

Not Worth the Effort

To anyone looking for an apartment I’d tell you to look anywhere else but here. I applied here and because I own my own business and do not have tax returns that are CPA certified they refused to accept my income documents. (So if you file your own taxes or use “turbo tax etc it’s a no go) They also wanted a copy of my divorce decree and other outrageous items. This will be another complex that gets sold and new management will be in place shortly.
