Covina-Valley is a large area south of Arrow Highway, about 20 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles. The town is densely populated with modern amenities and several businesses scattered throughout. Renters have a large rental market with a variety of apartments and spacious single-family homes to choose from. Warehouses, manufacturing plants, and offices are situated in the northwestern corner of town while shopping centers are located along the main thoroughfares. Although the neighborhood is accessible to the big city to the west, outdoor recreation is abundant in and around town. Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area is north of town while the San Jose Hills are nestled in the southern portion of town. This was a great community until they got a new manager. Unfortunately management can make the difference in the livelihood of your home and I can no longer recommend Fairvalley Villa.

Great apartment community
I have been living here for almost 5 years & it’s been great. Nice quiet community. The manager Ana has always been very helpful. Services are completed right away. I am very happy here.

Amazing management service and friendly family environment
I've been residing at Fairvalley Villa for over 12 years and the manager Anna has been very prompt with servicing my needs in my apartment. Anna has created kid friendly activities for the residents which I really appreciate. I'm enjoying my time at Fairvalley.
