Fairfield Hillside At Coram

My family and I recently moved here at this apartment complex. So far, we are very satisfied with it. My favorite things about our unit is that we have our own laundry inside and the bedroom is large enough to share with our baby. Most neighbors are friendly. Thank God we found Mrs. Dawn. She helped us with the application process from the beginning until the end. Thanks Mrs. Dawn!

The maintenance guy over here is rude and irresponsible. Also, the customer care employees are super rude and arrogant. Against these kind of services, they charge highest rent in the whole U.S.!!!!!!!

Dawn was wonderul to work with and found my first apartment, which I love. From the moment I moved in, the maintance staff has also been fantastic. Overall a great place to live.

Been here since August, have been loving it since the first day I moved in, neighbors actually talk to you, maintenance staff are very friendly and help whenever you need it, thank you to Dawn for helping me move into this wonderful community!

First off the apartment is beautiful, great amenities, Dawn showed us around and She was the absolute best, made us feel so comfortable and so welcomed, we couldn’t ask for a better experience and so excited for the next two years here. -Gaetano and Jerry

Dawn has been such a great help. I called her earlier today ,she answered right away and I just placed the application. It was that quick , the apartment are beautiful. Everything is new and the area is nice and quiet. I honestly can't wait to move in !

I lived at this complex when it was Villa de EST Since Fairfield took over the upgrades are nothing short of amazing the grounds are clean the apartments are beautiful. I’ve come into her three times and yesterday I called dawn she met with me showed me the unit gave me the application and I submitted it today. Looking forward to coming back to the area it’s a beautiful property now. Thank you Dawn for being so patient with us

I have been looking for an apartment and having issues for three months with no results, I came to this property and been working with dawn for two weeks and she has been nothing but the best and god sent.she met with me on her day off to make sure I secure an apartment she found after working above and beyond I can’t be more thankful for her.
