Situated on Long Island, the small hamlet of Farmingville is a part of the New York City metro area. Being in Suffolk county makes the hamlet apart of the large Sachem School District, and Sachem High School East is located in Farmingville along with several private schools. For outdoor recreation, visit one of the highest points of elevation on Long Island at Bald Hill or attend a concert at the Long Island Community Hospital Amphitheater. There are a few more local parks with playgrounds, walking paths, and picnic spots for residents to enjoy as well.

I love living here. I have spent over half my life in this community and I am so happy here. My apartment is so spacious that I forget I am living in an apartment because it feels like a house to me. The leasing staff is very professional and the maintenance is great. Lots of great amenities and the best view of the 4th of July fireworks right outside my door every year! Highly recommend.

Went on Sunday to look for a townhouse and had a horrible experience at the North and South with Donna! She was so rude!! She put her hand in my face and spoke at me told me to be quiet and to stop talking! I’ve never been so insulted and it definitely cost her a listing!! I will never ever go back there! DO NOT RECCOMEND!!
I love love love my townhouse ! The maintenance guys are amazing and every day when I pull in the complex I feel like I'm on vacation !! Thank you Fairfield looking forward to many more years here with my children !!!
The gate is never closed as promised and should be if it is as advertised a gated community
this is by far the best Fairfeild we lived in/ Maintance doesn't come for awhile, but the neighbors and grounds are wonderful

Love the apartment love the space! Maintenance is hard to get a hold of however and when you do they take forever to come. And God forbid it snows--good luck.
It's a beautiful complex, but tons of bug issues, when things break it takes a long time to have them come and fix. Rude super
The apartments are a good size for the money and the staff is responsive and polite. Any issues are usually fixed within a few days. The snow removal is pretty good as they will send in a group of guys to dig out all the cars and parking spaces. They need to do a better job putting down salt on the walkways as many people have fallen and gotten hurt. The basketball court is great but is only opened on the weekends. The gym is extremely limited and doesn't have much equipment.
Very nice complex. Maintenance takes long to come, but when they do they fix the issue, you just don't know when they are coming no scheduled times
The apartments are beautiful with large bedrooms, plenty of closet space. Central Air and ceiling fans. I have a two-bedroom, two bath home, with a w/d and garage. Rent includes landscaping, snow removal, swimming pool, two fitness centers, indoor basketball court, . Very friendly neighbors. I love living here and want to stay.
We just moved here and couldn't be happier, its a really nice place and a good neighborhood.
