Property Ratings at Fairfield Gardens At Port Jefferson
Lived in a first-floor unit in this complex in 2018 and we had mice. We did report it to maintenance who put down traps, but they didn't show up frequently enough to address the issue. Also the two bedroom felt relatively small. Laundry is on-site but located in the basement of a unit so you need to lug laundry down a flight of stairs.
It is written in the lease that you cannot use the common area (yard) for any recreational activities. Meaning you and your family are to stay indoors. The laundry facility here is not desirable. Luxury would mean having this convenience in the unit. You have to lug your laundry to a laundromat for cleanlier machines Maintenance takes forever to get anything done. You have to stay on top of them always.
