Property Ratings at Fairfield Estates At Farmingdale Village
I do not live at any of these apartments but getting Intouch with someone is impossible. You can call the number and they do not give you a call back. I have called and emailed multiple times and still nothing. If there was nothing available, a call back stating that would be nice. How do they expect people to want to lease these apartments at any of their locations.
The management sucks. George the supervisor will never actually get back to you he sends his helper Ricardo (who brings his 10 y/o son with him) to do all the actual work and walks around like a superior being. The apartment are priced 100 bucks less than the surrounding places but don’t include parking so if you factor in the price of parking and rent you end up paying more than the surrounding apartments. Also the apartments are beat up they will only fix the bare minimum to get you to rent good luck getting them to come back when you have a problem. All in all there are other places in farmingdale with better amenities and management.
The apartments at Fairfield are really great. It feels like a brand new apartment with all the possible amenities one would relish. The best part this apartment is hardly 5 mins from the train station and is well located as it has a Walmart, Target, BJs, various other grocery outlets, Gas stations, Dollar Store, restaurants within the radius of 2-3 miles which is awesome.
