Terrible complex

Avoid Fairfield properties at all costs. Terrible management. Paper thin walls and can hear every step your neighbor makes. Renovations seem nice in the pictures, but are obviously rushed without much thought put into them when you take a closer look. Nickel and dime every single aspect of the apartment.

Avoid if you can

This complex is nice and the units have a nice layout. However, management is extremely hard to reach and attempts to contact them regarding inquiries or complaints often go unanswered. There is no soundproofing insulation or flooring underlayments AT ALL, which means your floor WILL tremble if your upstairs neighbor is walking and you will experience many nights when you can't even fall asleep. Safety is also a big concern here as I have seen cars with stolen wheels in the parking lot. In summary, if you care about your mental health and your money, DO NOT live here.
